   Bad practice. Came here for an emergency appointment. I had my tooth checked only to be told by the receptionist that the person who checked my tooth was a therapist and not a qualified dentist so he couldn’t do any treatment or give me anything to take away the pain. The receptionist still demanded payment for the appointment and I was advised to arrange another appointment with the actual dentist!! What a joke.

   Great first experience with this small practice! It was one of the only places still taking on new NHS patients, so I felt really lucky to be seen so quickly after getting in touch. All the staff were friendly and professional, and I felt well cared for throughout. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, but they explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease and I’ll be returning soon for some fillings. Very glad to have found this place!

   My son has been using this dentist and they are brilliant with him, so I decided I would join this dentist to, the lady on reception was lovely and made me an appointment straight away? As a very nervous patient after a bad experience from a different dentist a few years ago I was dreading my first appointment I was so nervous but as soon as I walked in the 2 gentlemen spoke to me and instantly made me feel at ease, checked my teeth and explained what the next steps would be, today I seen the hygienist he was amazing and I didn’t feel a thing and gave me lots of useful information on how to take care of my teeth! I would 100 percent recommend this dentist thank you guys for restoring my faith and helping me overcome my dentist fear! Ps next time I will leave my anxiety ball at home .x

   Well firstly the director lies. More interested in people buying her Costa coffee than her patients appointments being on time. Not treated with dignity as she walks into the procedure room without knocking. Dr Saria Khan didn't like me recommending improvements to her practices , would rather threaten that if she didn't get an apology a six year old childs emergency appointment would be cancelled . CQC and GDC informed and it's being investigated.

   My mum had a horrible experience at another dentists having a tooth extraction, and was left in agony all day and evening. Finding Blackley was open 24 hours was a god send and we travelled all the way from Liverpool, making an appointment to be seen within the hour. The dentist Dr Hussain and nurse Sultana were amazing and extracted the tooth so gently my mum never felt the removal, they were very polite and friendly and helped keep my mum calm throughout the extraction. Truly amazing service and can't recommend enough.

   Fantastic team! Always helpful! Was dreading to see the dentist due to previous experience however Dr Muneeb helped me settle and provided me with an in detailed treatment plan! Really would recommend these guys to everyone!

   Firstly, I have to say the receptionist was great. The 1 star is for her. However, I feel the honesty of the dentistry team is very questionable and feel their pricing structure is highly suspicious. I needed to have an extraction. Over the phone I was quoted £200. I booked myself in. I was immediately charged a £45 consultation fee. I was then told I would be charged £600 for the extraction. Obviously, this was too expensive. In fairness the procedure was relatively complex and I was aware of this at the time. However, I’ve since had the same tooth removed for only £300 at a wonderful dental practice which can only lead me to believe that Blackley Dental Practice were clearly trying to scam me. Avoid.

   I’ve used this dentist twice now for 2 emergency appointments for my 3 year old. We was given an appointment fast, dentists are always busy nowadays but effort was made to ensure my child was seen. My child was entertained by the manager sat at reception while waiting which I was appreciative of as I also have a newborn with me. My child was nervous in chair getting a filling but the dentist and staff made him feel comfortable, distracted him with plentiful stickers and he was up and out in no time. No more pain so we had the best experience we could have hoped for. I’d be interested in using this dentist full time at some point.
