Today was my first visit, and everyone was very nice, including the doctor who explained everything in great detail.
Had a long overdue routine check last week to find I needed a couple of fillings. Appointment booked straight away for the following week, and annual check up appointment given in advance. Very impressed with the efficiency. Dentist was also amazing, reassured from the beginning to the end of the appointment and made sure I was aware of what would happen next.
I do not recommend going there. The dentist I don’t know her name. And the man in the desk is very rude and they aren’t very friendly towards patients. However, the girl on the desk is very nice. 1 Star
I recently had a dental filling done by Dr Aysha ,and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The procedure was quick and completely pain-free, and the results look and feel great. I really appreciate her professionalism and the friendly atmosphere at the clinic. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist!
Wow. Ive just had a check up with Dentist Naima Algwil and her assistant Amna. I’ve never in my life had such a positive and enjoyable experience at the dentist. This is my first time being seen by Naima, I was blown away by her knowledge, her enthusiasm to do her job and her effort to make me (the client) understand everything what was going on with an action plan she created for me to follow, upon leaving the clinic. What a refreshing, professional display . Big credit to her, thank you so much and to Amna who was extremely attentive too.
Our appointments have been cancelled for two times without any notice, until arriving at the dental centre. For the first time, the nurse said they called us / text us many times for the cancellation. But my husband and me didn't recieve any calls or any messages. Second time, same thing happened. We didn't get any early notice about the cancellation! Picking up three kids from different schools, different locations to attend the appointment is not easy. Please, we just want to get a proper acknowledgement if it has to be cancelled. Annoying.
We've always found the staff (dentist and reception) helpful and friendly - even with a couple of children! ;-)
Fantastic dental practice from receptionist to dentist. I attended for a check up with my 2 girls and the dentist was so lovely with them and reasurred myself. She throughly explained treatment for my eldest daughter in a very caring manner. An excellent practice and staff.
My family and I have been going here for around 11 years now and found the service and dental treatment to be good. The dentist is always informative about proposed treatments and the cost is very reasonable compared to other surgeries. The staff are pleasant and always try to accommodate you were they can.
