Had my check up and filling done by Chia Ying Yen and she was so polite, informative and gentle. As a health care professional myself i can appreciate good quality patient care. She explained everything well without overcomplicating, and made sure i was comfortable through out! :)
Great experience. I’ve changed to this practice due to Danny leaving my previous dentist. After an appointment from hell, where I was ultimately left in agony over the weekend after visiting {my} dentist in fallowfeild, I contacted Danny to see where he was now based. As soon a I arrived, he empathised with me, knowing my nerve was completely exposed. Within that time, he didn’t only fix the issue but took the pain away completely. Can’t praise his efforts enough.
Mr Nicol was a five star service it was a sad day when he retired, now it's a one star service, there's more dentist and staff now so trying to park the car is mission impossible, so I'm off to another dentist after ten years.
I visited the dentist for my 2 years old son. Both the Dentist and reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. Specially the Dentist was very good.
Unfortunately our dentist retired and we don’t like the treatment provided by the new one. Mr Nicol was amazing. This practice has lower standards now.
