Felt very welcomed and the work done on my teeth is always perfect and painless. Mebisha is a great dentist and her and grace made me feel very comfortable. Thank you x

This has been my NHS dentist for many years. Today I saw Yichi for a replacement filling. This was my second visit to him for this as my fillings are very old and mostly amalgam. He is so careful and sensitive to needs. I haven’t needed an anaesthetic either time and felt nothing. He works seamlessly with his assistant who is able to anticipate what is needed. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Had a hygiene appointment with Fariyal - she is amazing! So gentle and no pain but my teeth feel so clean. Nurse Savannah was fantastic as well - if you’re nervous or have any sensitivity I would highly recommend!!!!

My dentist is Nazia and her assistant Maisy, always friendly making me feel at ease as I have always been a nervous patient. Always tells me what is going to happen along the way. Never keep me waiting long at my appointment time. Correspondence is very good.

I had an emergency appointment with Dr Mebisha Raj for a front tooth filling, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received. The dentist went above and beyond to fit me in quickly and made me feel at ease right away. She took the time to explain everything, were gentle throughout the procedure, and the result is flawless—the filling looks completely natural. I really appreciated the compassion, and attention to detail. I highly recommend this clinic, especially in urgent situations!

STAY AWAY!!!! Not accessible for wheelchairs or buggy. As a single mum of twins attending my appointments is very difficult. Last time I was there someone helped me being the buggy upstairs but I still had to leave my children unattended by reception in order to attend my appointment which was upstairs. When I requested an appointment downstairs they simply told no because my dentist works upstairs. Not happy with this at all. --------- On top of that, very poor customer service. Clear lack of communication skills across the board, have been emailing and calling with no reply whatsoever. I booked an appointment for help with my on going jaw aches and received a text explaining the appointment was cancelled because "we have been informed by the Dentist this appointment is not required" what is that supposed to mean? I AM IN PAIN!! As always no replies to my emails, voicemails, or calls.... Really really poor service

Can’t believe how bad this practise is. My mum called for an emergency appointment, the receptionist was rude and dismissive and over talked my mum constantly. No sympathy given or anything. She went on to say no appointments available and not able to fit her in which is strange because every time we’ve been for an appointment the dentists are always behind because they’ve had emergency appointments!! Doesn’t make sense?? Anyway, she went had to get an emergency appointment elsewhere and she has an infection & on antibiotics!! Absolutely disgusting treatment. In general the dentists are horrible, they don’t care about their patients, really rude, have their back to you when talking. I urge everyone with anxiety, dental anxiety, autism, any other kind of mental/physical health condition or learning disability, do not come here unless you want to be treated awfully. They have no sympathy and should be ashamed.

I attend this dental practice because unfortunately I can’t afford too go private probably like most people. Anyway I have tried so hard too attend and feel like the dentists understand and respect my needs but they just don’t . I constantly have too explain myself regarding my disability and anxiety which is quite bad . I did ask for a community nurse referral quite a while ago but it still wasn’t done and now the wait is long . I’m actually even scared too come for an emergency appointment as I feel I need one as the last two I came too one of the dentists sat with her back towards me and the other told me about how much treatment my teeth need ( which I know ) and I’d be better off at the community hospital. I know for a fact if I was paying I would be treated differently as my daughter pays private and enjoys seeing the dentist. I understand you can’t do bigger slots for people but you really need to start doing that and maybe educating the dental staff on disabilities etc . Anyway I just hope one day I feel like am not being a burden attending here because that’s how I feel .

Terrible communication, confusing price information and lack of any prices on display for treatments, very difficult to speak directly to the practice, but they do always respond to voicemails in a timely way. Price options never discussed at point of treatment, despite this being stipulated on our profile. Was told after a year we could transfer to NHS, yet were put on a waiting list, during this time we were automatically transferred onto a fully private plan, which no one asked us about or informed us of. We found out when we were hit with a much more expensive bill than usual.

Great dentists, especially with nervous patients, lovely receptionists, great communication. For my last appointment, I had a phone call because they had a cancellation and wanted to know if I could come the next day (alas I couldn’t), several emails, texts and a phone call to remind me. I would have been gutted if I’d somehow missed it!
