   Horrible customer service, new management had just 2 people and neither spoke or understood english. They gave old, stale chicken after having us wait for an hour and didnt serve anything correctly. NEVER go here, its a scam

   The food is terrible, no taste at all, I am sure the rice was at least 2 days old and the beef in black bean sauce tasted like cardboard. I have thrown it away after 1 spoonful. Do not go to this place! I also ordered on the phone and he got the order wrong!

   I don't know what's going on but this place has fallen under the new management. I don't even think they have a proper chef that knows what at all he's doing back there. Ordered myself my usual Duck & Plum sauce with rice. I knew something was up the moment I asked for the dish, it was as though I was requesting something in Sanscrit; they didn't have the faintest clue. Was told to wait 5-8 minutes, sat there instead waiting for 30 only to recieve a completely different dish of duck with pancakes alongside some foreign yellow sauce resembling nothing to do with plum sauce in the slightest. I challenged them exclaiming this wasn't the correct dish but they were adament it was. Got home to find that the Duck they gave me was just a cooked slab, not even cut & cold. I'm going to find a way to get a refund, couldn't care less if I'd had spent 50p let alone the £10 I did. This isn't the same Wok express from just a few months back, get this place off the radar or their employees replaced with actual competent individuals.

   I made an order for a few boxes of beef chow mein and sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice, I don't like giving bad reviews unless its something very bad, honestly this has to be the worst beef Chow mein and sweet and sour chicken I have ever had, the chicken and beef was burnt and hard and there was absolutely no sauce or taste, I was very disappointed, I have ordered here before maybe towards the beginning of the year and the food was great so I don't know whats happened. I just don't think I want to go through that again so won't be ordering, I had to throw away what we couldn't eat which was such a shame.

   Incredibly slow. We order the food he sad 15 minutes. 20minutes after i ask him so when gonna be ready he kept saying 2minutes. After 10minutes I was a bit upset so I ask him when will be ready. 5minutes later I get the food. Costumer come after us get the food faster than us. I don't get it to be honest. Also we get the food but not what we ordered. Disappointed.

   Some positives and negatives. Unfortunately overall, I wasn't very impressed. The positive was the sweet and sour chicken, that was the best dish I ordered, the chicken pieces were tender and the sauce was sweet and contrasted well with the acidity of the pineapple and the pepper. The chicken chow mein although not bad, it also wasn't very good. Made with vermicelli noodles, which was disappointing, and had this weird saucy taste, when normally they're made a lot drier, rather than being wet. The really really bad was the crispy chilli beef (pictured), it was inedible. Literally threw it away. You couldn't taste any beef, just batter and zero flavour. I think it was probably very old or over cooked, it was inedible. Won't be going back for sure. Sorry guys, but I think when too much is on the menu, it's hard to make everything taste right.

   We ordered through Uber eats, ordered the chicken noodle soup for kids to share and as you can see chicken??? The curry sauce was green and looked curdled the veg soup had no veg just fried onions. The pad Thai was nice and will be fair with that but ended up having to cook which was not the plan. Won’t be ordering again and it wasn’t cheap either!!!!
