   Great Dentist, I had an abcess and was in agony for a few weeks, Paula managed to get me in as I was late for my appointment and Alexander helped squeeze me in. As people are aware this has all new staff as Adrian was my previous dentist before and he was great but Alexander that has now took his place is just as great as Adrian was, his assistant is brilliant also, as she made me feel at ease and is really understanding. Great dentist as they go above and beyond for you!

   I went in today, as my front teeth over time was damaged bad, I felt so welcomed going in, I have a bit of nerves with needles but was put at ease immediately and was talked through the entire process, time was taken during the process but it didn’t take as long as I was worried it would, I have been prone to panic attacks in the past with new experiences, but I found a place so great I could relax more, I cried and more so after I left because my front teeth have always gave me such little confidence in myself and it really has made me gain this back and haven’t stopped smiling since! Thank you so much! Booked in for a couple more treatments and will walk in way more relaxed thanks to today! So friendly, so clean and just so professional ❤️

   Thanks to Dr Adrian Moore, I had such a great experience and would highly recommended. I was so scared and nervous to visit the dentist (I always have been) but mainly because it had been a while since my last dentist visit and a bad encounter I had at another dental practice. From the beginning Adrian put me at ease with his friendly and calming manner. He properly listened to me, my needs and my concerns; for once I wasn’t made to feel stupid. Adrian guided me through the appointment, explaining each step and seemed genuinely happy to help. It was also refreshing to have a dentist focus on the health of my mouth, rather than constantly trying to sell and push cosmetic products and procedures (which I have found previously). It was my far my best ever dentist appointment and I feel a lot less apprehensive about going back next time to see him. What a difference one person can make when they care! Thank you so much Dr Adrian!

   I was an extremely nervous patient, so much so I would cry hysterically in the chair and have panic attacks so I avoided the dentist for about 11 years. Then I joined my Dentist a couple of years ago and Dr Adrian became my dentist. He was so understanding and was really calm and really made my feel at ease. He told me everything he was going to do before he did it so that there were no shocks or anything to worry about. Even now a few years later, he is still the same, no judgement and always makes me feel calm. I no longer worry about going to the dentist, let alone cry my eyes out or have panic attacks! He really has helped me conquer my fear. Thank you Adrian!

   I would highly recommend this practice. Sam Gowen, the dentist who took my appointment was professional, thorough in his advice and very reassuring about my complicated dental problem. I also agree with all the other reviewers that the reception staff are friendly and helpful.

   At last I've found a decent dentist. I stick with the same guy on all my visits for hygienist and other dental work. It can be a bit frustrating if you ring up and the reception is closed but I can't fault Matt's dental skill and chairside manner.
