   Friendly staff. Easy to make appointments through email, messaging or phone call. I always feel welcome and feel like the advice I am given is well considered. I am generally seen on time and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes once I arrive. I'm not a fan of people opening my mouth and shoving in small vacuums and metal contraptions in there, however, I'd rather have it done here than anywhere else I've ever been to.

   not a good attitude towards customers, they do not inform the client that the deposit is not returned if they signed up on the day of the appointment, and that you need to cancel the appointment within 24 hours. due to some administrator who didn't report, lost money! What a disrespectful attitude to work and to customers.

   First class treatment. I finished my course of Invisalign a few weeks back. Emma was brilliant from start to finish. Easy to book in for an initial consultation with clear guidance on next steps. The price was very reasonable compared to previous quotes in the Manchester area. I shall be sure to return for future cosmetic dental work. Highly recommend.
