   Cannot praise this place highly enough! I had my treatment with Sarah Anchor and her team (15-months of brace/ realignment) and am thrilled with the results. Sarah is lovely, professional, down to earth, and makes you feel really at ease. I used to be terrified of anything dentist chair related but found it was actually really relaxing!! All the girls who assisted her were fabulous too, and added to the friendly, supportive environment. I can't stop grinning and am so grateful to finally feel confident with my smile. Also a big thank you to Ellie for your help throughout too, you made the signing up process/ ongoing support extremely straightforward and friendly. Thank you everyone!! Merry Christmas! Steph J xx

   I’ve always been scared of the dentist from being a child. But I would recommend this dentist, Lawrence, puts you at ease, he has a very calm manner about him and listens to your worries. He total assured me it would be pain free and it was. The aftercare plan, was plain and straight forward to follow. Getting an appointment was very easy with very friendly welcoming staff. The place is spotlessly clean. Even the dentist’s assistant was lovely, sorry can’t remember her name. But she even checked on me to make sure I was ok, as she knew I was a nervous Nelly.

   I recently when to this dentist for composite veneers with Dr James and couldn’t be happier with the out come. I first spoke to Laura to get me booked in and she was very efficient and helpful. I then had my free consultation and compared to other places I have been to they do not compare to what Dr James has to offer, he talked me through the teeth whitening and actually showed me what my teeth would look like with the composite veneers and took scans and x rays of my teeth. Once completing my final appointment I have walked out very happy with my composite veneers and received many compliments on how natural they look. Thank you to Dr James and everyone at the dentist for being welcoming and doing an amazing job from start to finish.

   Baris & Georgia have taken such good care of me. I went in for an emergency appointment to fix my permanent retainer. I was seen that day. The warmth and professionalism of both Baris and Georgia made me feel so comfortable. my treatment plan was explained to me in a clear approachable way so that I knew exactly what the next steps were. I have now joined as a full time patient as a result. Very professional place- would highly recommend their services.

   I would 100% recommend Daniel Sutcliffe. He is the best dentist I have ever seen. He comes across as a truly caring individual. You come away uplifted just being around his sunny positive disposition. No ego, just genuine professional and caring transparent treatment.

   I made the appointment and specified what I wanted done - clipping and removal of glue from a fixed retainer. I requested a quote and was informed it would be maximum 60 pounds. Based I this I confirmed the appointment. When I arrived at the appointment, I confirmed what I wanted and was informed this would cost 85 pounds. I queried this price given it would take no more than 5-10 minutes and the quote I was given. I was informed that this was an emergency appointment because a wire was involved and the minimum I could be charged was 85. I queried how it could be considered an emergency appointment given I had made the appointment almost two weeks previously. I was informed that any appointment involving a wire is considered emergency. The clipping and removal of the glue took no more than 5 minutes. The work carried out was satisfactory but I feel I was misled with an inaccurate quote and overcharged for a very simple appointment. The professional who I saw stated that they thought I was also getting some cosmetic work. I feel I was overcharged to compensate for poor communication regarding the purpose of the appointment. Based on this, I could not recommend this establishment to anyone.

   I liked the clinic, the dental hygienist did a good job with scaling and polishing. This time my teeth wasn’t as scandalous as before, I now use electric toothbrush and the only feedback I got was brush twice daily. The dentist appointment was fast and speedy, teeth and gums healthy. Good service can’t complain, the nurses were also friendly and chatty.

   Best practice I've had the pleasure of using. I have recommended them to several friends, and the feedback from them has been the same. My dentist, Dan, is just fantastic - clearly exceptionally knowledgable and skilled but also incredibly friendly, funny and cheerful! My most recent visit was to see Fran, a hygienist. Simply put, they were very attentive, friendly, listened to my questions and answered fully, but most of all they were very meticulous and deft in the actual treatment, taking obvious care to minimise potential discomfort to me throughout. Superb - thank you!
