   Absolutely horrendous dentist she was so rude to my 10 year old son and she compared him to his sister and mocking him and saying my daughter is doing such a better job and putting him down such an inconsiderate woman

   Very friendly and made to feel welcome. Can't thank the staff enough the receptionist was lovely and my dentist was really friendly and explained everything I needed to know she is lovely. Would recommend absolutely. Went to the hygienist and again great job in and out no messing and good advice.

   Absolutely phenomenal dental practice The patient care and standard of treatment are second to none. The staff from the reception team to the dentist are the friendliest I have ever encountered. I love my dentist she is an amazing and compassionate professional who actually cares .

   This is my first experience in this clinic. I found the difference between it and the dental clinics I have been treated in. The difference is, first, the smile from the receptionist the moment you enter the clinic, the humble service, and the speed of registration, which shows the high professionalism and excellence in services. As for the dentist, from the first meeting, I really felt that I have known her for a long time because of her kindness and generous treatment of her clients as if they were friends, and her sense of humor in dealing with them, and of course in addition to the mastery of her work, she also makes you feel that you do not want to leave the clinic because of the wonderful services they provide. Of course, there is cleanliness, a calm atmosphere, and positive energy in the clinic. I consider myself lucky to register in this clinic. Thank you. Anwer Omran

   Horrendous experience at this practice for my partner! They told him that he needed a tooth extraction. He turns up for his tooth extraction and they try to take the tooth out but couldn’t and cracked his tooth while doing so for him to then be told that he needs a surgical extraction which they couldn’t do until SEPTEMBER!! They sent him home in this state with no advice of how to manage the pain or anything! We had to book in the same day urgently with a emergency dentist because my partner was in excruciating pain. The emergency dentist does an Xray where they mention he has a tooth infection, which was never mentioned or seen by park house even though it was obvious on the XRAY. He also had 3 root canals behind his crown which they never mentioned but the emergency dentist did. Within 2 hours the emergency practise had extracted his tooth removed the root canals done all his checks and sent us home! Really not happy by how my partner was treated here and it just seemed like they had no regard for him.

   Ended up here through an emergency NHS dental referral, but was honestly very impressed. Much more personal service than the big corporate practices I've been to, and they spent far more time explaining my options and going through what was required. Took the time to do an extra x ray which was really informative, and were proactive about getting my hospital referral out immediately.

   Really not happy with the treatment that my partner received. It was unsatisfactory and has caused my partner to go into hospital twice and the next day after emergency appointment with parkhouse she was in hospital and ended up paying £130 to have an appointment with a proper dentist called simply smiles who are nearby and much better to use which included a follow up call none of which parkhouse dental did. Park house could have done the temporary filling a lot better as we have been told my partner actually had an abscess to which you just stuck a filling up and didn't even spot it and have caused her agonising pain. We will be looking at a negligence claim.
