   A few weeks ago, I visited Moston Dental Practice and had a truly disappointing experience. The dentist who attended to me was a Muslim woman—I don’t remember her name—and she was extremely, extremely «rude»* throughout the visit. I came in for a few fillings, and not only was the work done hastily and without proper care, but her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive. After the procedure, I experienced pain and infection due to the poor quality of the work. When I returned to address these issues, the same dentist was again very rude and unhelpful, and the situation wasn’t resolved. I feel it’s important to share this so others can be aware and choose their dental care provider carefully.

   I had a very poor experience with Mr. Z. Mohsin at Moston Dental Practice. He was dismissive and rude during my appointment, told me to go back abroad for a tooth that was previously treated, and then tried to end my filling appointment early even though plenty of time was left. Very unprofessional and upsetting experience. On a positive note, the reception staff were very kind, polite, and helpful, which I really appreciated

   I went for my first appointment today the lady dentist I saw was lovely she treated me with kindness and respect. She explained what she was doing before she did anything. I felt valued and can’t recommend this practice enough.

   Been a patient with Mr woodier for over 20 years and never had any problems always a 5 star service as always the receptionist are always great really helpful and friendly .the only problem now is the phone service, when I call I have to ring 2 to 3 times before I get an answer as it just rings,and when I got through I asked for an appointment in April and was told I have to have it in March I told them it was Inconvenient for me but she still persisted I had it in March so I said I would call back another time. I also called to cancel an appointment for my daughter and asked to reschedule for another day and was told oh just phone back another day and make one? This resulted in me having to go to the surgery to book appointments. This practise has always been brilliant but the phone service is letting it down. Such a shame.

   Me and My Partner have struggled to find a NHS dentist. We rung here and straight away they were happy to take us on and offered us both appointments straight away. We have attended our appointment and the staff are extremely polite and happy to help. This is nothing like some NHS dentists where NHS patients are treated like dirt. The treatment is performed with a high level care and the staff (Dentist, Assistant and Receptionist) are very understanding about any of your concerns no matter how little. Both me and my partner are happy to have been taken on here and will be happy to remain here for the foreseeable.

   Excellent Dentist, just had a emergency appointment for tooth ache and they managed to clean and put a fresh filling in rather than have the tooth extracted which was fantastic. the dentist and the assistant and the receptionist were all very professional and polite I cant praise them enough. A1 service and I thank you very much.

   Sad to see Liz Barlow is no longer there , a brilliant dentist that took pride in her work , Unfortunately i cant say the same for the male dentist who took her place , i found him to be rude , ignorant and his level of workmanship is terrible , i made an appointment for a check up as i have several cavities in my teeth that need filling ,Instead of filling them he decided i needed new dentures , When he fitted the wax dentures i explained to him i wasnt happy as they didnt fit in the roof of my mouth properly , he said the reason for this is because i have a boney pallet but yet i never had this problem with the 2 pairs of dentures i had previously ,also the fake teeth at the front are at different lenghs and are several millimetres bigger than my own teeth , for weeks i was ashamed of the state of my these false teeth and started to wear a face mask to hide them , ive now resorted to wearing £6.99 plastic teeth i bought off the internet which look and fit far better,,, if Liz Barlow was still there i would of given 5 stars , The only reason ive given 3 stars is because of the nice receptionist , ive heard a lot of good things about Mr Woodier , i wish i would of had my teeth done by him

   I had an emergency appointment with this practice as I was in so much pain. The dentist examined, x-rayed & consulted with colleagues to get the correct diagnosis, which was a deep decay, not visible to the eye. My tooth was extracted with care & calm efficiency 2 days later and the relief from pain was instant. A big THANK YOU to the caring Reception staff and the brilliant Dentist & Dental Nurse for providing such excellent service.
