   I was on my way back from holiday, when one of my molars cracked whilst chewing a chewy chocolate bar (I know, it's my own fault!!). I called the dentist whilst at Manchester Airport to see if they could accommodate me. I was hoping for an appointment within the next couple of weeks, but to my surprise I was offered an emergency appointment at 4pm on the same day. I took a taxi home to drop off my suitcase and went straight to the dentist who patched up my tooth with filling. This was 5 years ago and the filling is still intact. I always recommend this dentist to local friends.

   Disappointed with the scheduling and communication. I understand that there’s usually a 2–3 month wait for appointments, which is fine. However, I was scheduled for an appointment on Good Friday. As the date approached, I received a voicemail late Thursday afternoon (around 4:40 PM) informing me that the appointment had been rescheduled to Monday morning. Since the office was closed for the holiday, I had no way to confirm or reschedule—and I missed the appointment due to work. As a result, I was removed as a patient. I find this incredibly frustrating. How does the office not realize it will be closed on a national holiday like Good Friday when setting appointments? That seems like basic scheduling oversight. I would recommend getting on other waitlists rather than relying solely on this dentist.

   The worst experience of dental care. I have being trying to access dental care for my elderly vulnerable mother for the past 6months. I am constantly told someone will get back to me once they have spoken with the dentist . 6 months later yet another call. I require simple referral to the dental hospital , if you are unable to undertake the work .

   Absolute shocking place advise you find a better place, il take it as a matter of race . Where they domt treat you with respect .cancelled twice due to the inconvenience . Rang up today to be told I've been taking of the list ...Will be plastering reviews everywhere regarding this place..so stay away from fusion practice in Withington.

   Excellent service so far! If all Dentists in Manchester, and elsewhere, were like DR Khalid, us customers would be much happier when a visit is due. DR Khalid made time to see me on a Friday, even if he was completely booked. Since I started my treatment, I have been advised on best procedures, being told about costs and time frame, basically I was properly looked after. This is the kind of service that everyone should receive, but unfortunately it is not always the case that you are treated as a Human Being, and not just like a paying customer: are you reading this Bupa Dental Care? You have a lot to learn from a small, but very professional practice like Fusion Dental, starting from reasonable costs for procedures up to the amazing customer service constantly received by assistant Kate! I have no hesitation in recommending DR Khalid and his practice to everyone reading this review. THANKS!!

   I needed a very loose, painful tooth extracting in an emergency last Sunday evening and Dr Syeed didn't hesitate to take time out of his weekend to see me. I've had a tooth extracted previously by him and he was fantastic on that occasion too, so much so that I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is calm, supportive and makes his patients feel at ease. A very professional dentist and a real gentleman. Thank you for putting me out of my misery once again! S.O'Neill
