   I have called this place 6 months ago they told me call us back in 4 months, i have been calling for 2 months now every Monday they keep saying you are 5 min late you have to call exactly 12:30 . Its been hard to get connected exactly at 12:30 with them after 2 months of trying to. I finally made it and called 12:30 someone answered and told me stay on the line we only accept 2 people a week, i’ll be right back . I stayed on the line for 2 hours and she came back very rude saying . Sorry we already got 2 people call us back next Monday exactly 12:30 ( not 12:29 and not 12:31) Don’t bother this place . They are tired and can’t work hard.

   I was new to this dentist so my first appointment i made i had to cancel due to a family member passing the night before, so when I called to rearrange and explained the reason behind the cancellation the receptionist was very rude saying "why didn't I call sooner" which I understand the cancel policy however you can't predict when someone will pass away. Apart from the one rude , ignorant receptionist the other staff was very pleasant and the treatment I received was amazing... receptionist was very rude asking couldn't I of called sooner

   Very friendly, I have very bad teeth & overall poor oral health prior to be given a lifeline by this practice, Nicolas is very professional & reassuring, He is helping me in my transition into full dentures. I can’t fault any of the dentist or the receptionist, they treat everyone as an individual with individual needs of care, polite caring non judgmental and respectful of ppl, I don’t feel as embarrassed or ashamed as I have been made to feel in the past. We are all human be kind. Would definitely recommend

   Great dentist practice, takes a while to get through on the phone but when you do the receptionist are always friendly and helpful. Been treated by a couple of dentists at the practice, very friendly, caring and welcoming and make you feel at ease, as do the dental nurses.

   Been with them for a while, always nice, professional, and helpful. The one star is because of the new lady dentist (i think she is asian). She is very unpleasant makes you feel uncomfortable the second you step in. Treats you as if you are a car or a machine, with zero regards to whether you are feeling pain or not (very heavy hands) etc.... Avoid her at all costs. There are other very good and nice ones in that same place.
