Kasim is attentive, patient and extremely professional. He and his lovely assistant are the team who look after me and my son. Even though I am terrified about the whole dentist thing, he always makes sure I feel most comfortable. Absolutely brilliant!!!
Going to a dental practice can be daunting especially if you have to have an extraction. However from the first moment you are greeted by Lynn the nurse at reception, you feel at ease. Everything is explained in an open, with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere with impeccable professionalism. Then when you go into the dental room the other lovely nurse. Soccarina again allays any fears with a great welcome as though you are an old friend as Lynn just has. Thereafter you meet Dr Bal the dentist who like the two before him puts you at ease with a kind friendly and welcoming manner, again finding the right balance of friendship and professionalism. The thorough professionalism is amazing. They took my back wisdom tooth out and I experienced no pain and no complications. A phenomenal experience by a phenomenal team, thank you for looking after me so well
Fantastic experience with Dr. Jinan Hashim and her assistant. Dr. Jinan was extremely gentle and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable during the root canal treatment. Highly recommended!
Hi, this is a very good dental practice. They always look after me and my family very very well. They have flexible appointment times for the schoolkids and in particular Dr Ross Whylde is very helpful and supported me with my diagnosis. He addressed the issue very quickly, best wishes to him. The dentists nurses and reception are very caring and helpful. I have just had 3 teeth taken out and an immediate denture fitted. Thank you all so much for your time and dedication. Great dental surgery. I hadn't been to the dentist in more years than I care to admit and needed some fillings. Everything was explained whilst it was happening thoroughly. I felt comfortable and at ease. Would recommend this practice to anyone. Receptionists are nice as well which is rare!
After several appointments and eventually spending close to £100,00 for a crown I was exceptionally disappointed that the dentist didn’t scale and polish my teeth! Are they now so precious that this can’t be done ? Does it stop their holidays in the sun and skiing holidays ? I suppose a Doctor couldn’t give a plaster for a cut! An A&E appointment might be needed .. very very sad
The reception staff were, as usual, very helpful. My dentist and his nurse were kind and thoughtful and quite clearly had my best interests at heart.
I really appreciatethe fact that after a comprehensive review of my teeth I was offered the opportunity to return for an appointment to have the careful removal of a faulty part of one of my teeth which was brilliantly executed causing no pain at all. I was very grateful to have been treated by a very skilled dentist who knew exactly what to do! I will be delighted to return in six months time for a checkup!
