   BEWARE OF THESE BUTCHERS!! The level of care at this place is disgusting. They do work on your mouth without telling you the consequences of that work and the problems it could cause. They have seriously bad attitudes and are extremely defensive when it is brought up with them and I was told 'you asked for it'. They refuse to provide contact details to make a formal complaint so I have contacted the CQC, GMPatient services and I have had to involve the Police and a Solicitor. I have also had to make an SAR for a copy of their CCTV due to the lies of the receptionist. DO NOT ALLOW THESE PEOPLE ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR MOUTH!!!!!!!

   My husband went as an emergency today, but as the only place for an emergency dental appointment was this practice (we live on the other side of Bolton) he had to travel to this dentist. He had trouble finding the place because we are over 11 miles away and do not know the area, and when he was a few minutes late due to having no idea where it was they said they wouldn't see him. He's been to A&E, the gp and they both said get to the emergency dentist. This being the ONLY place available we had to take it. The least they could have done was to check him over. I am absolutely fuming. He needs antibiotics and not one NHS system has helped him.

   Today was my 1st time meeting Dr Naima Al Gwil and she's a 5*- she is professional, kind, caring and such a warm beautiful spirit. Within seconds of meeting her my anxiety was alleviate. The assistant who was with her was lovely as well - She creates an environment where it doesn't matter what challenges you have you're in the right place and that's okay. Dr Robert McGregor was also lovely but I haven't seen him in a while. They also have a lovely receptionist Emma, who is usually kind and warm. The challenges that I have had have been with cancelled appointments, hence the 4 star.

   Sara ruined my teeth, damaged my perfectly fine filling, had traumatic experience.charged me for services they didn't even give e.g scaling, the fillings done make bite so painful and uncomfortable and damaged my healthy teeth ,Wouldn't go back .

   This is a brilliant dental practice and I highly recommend. The reception staff are a credit and always do their best to get you an appointment quickly. The dentists genuinely care and go above and beyond to make sure you’re pain free and happy with your smile. I used to dread visiting the dentist due to previous experience however now I’m under the care of Saara, I look forward to it.
