   I've been using Carisbrook for over 30years now and always had excellent service and treatment. In that time I've seen two dentists and both have been great - approachable and professional and good at explaining what they are doing. I also regularly see a hygienist and Angela is fantastic. The reception staff are also always very welcoming and efficient. Basically Carisbrook is everything you could wish for in a dental practice.

   Absolutely amazing dental practice and staff - I couldn’t recommend them enough. I had a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Neil Patel. Multiple other dentists had previously told me it couldn’t be removed due to it being a risky procedure as it’s too close to the nerve, despite me having recurrent infections and constant pain for a year. I knew the tooth needed to come out. Neil talked me through all options beforehand and spent so much time being careful, patient and ensuring I knew exactly what was going on. He has such an amazing manner and put me at ease the minute I met him. Neil removed the tooth in less than 10 minutes! He kept talking to me and encouraging me throughout the procedure. It was completely painless and straightforward and had no complications whatsoever. Neil is the best dentist I have ever met with the most amazing manner. So kind and caring and professional. I knew I was in the best hands. The nurses Sinead and Millie were SO kind to me throughout, soothing me and calming me down in my little moment of panic, reminding me to breathe and holding my hands. I was even given a stress ball to hold which helped me so much. I was so grateful they were there and they helped me to feel more comfortable throughout. The whole experience was a breeze (I was so nervous beforehand for the extraction and quickly realised I had no need to be). This is because the staff are just amazing at what they do! They are extremely professional and so thorough and so kind. I’m so glad I chose Carisbrook and especially Neil to remove my tooth. Special thanks to Angela too for all your help and advice you are one in a million ❤️

   I recently had my chipped right front tooth restored by Dr. Jamie Barrie, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism and skill. He explained every step clearly, matched the tooth colour perfectly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The final result looks natural and blends seamlessly with my other teeth. I truly appreciate Dr. Barrie’s care and expertise — thank you for restoring my confidence in my smile!

   I am very pleased with my new dental implant thanks to Tariq and his team. Tariq was excellent at all stages of the work in giving me full information and the options I had to ensure the final outcome was what I wanted. From the start he made me aware of the probability that my bone structure would need strengthening to hold the implant and he did a fantastic job of that procedure. I can now smile without worrying about how my front teeth look! I can totally recommend Carisbrook Dental !

   I am absolutely delighted with my new tooth that the team at Carisbrook Dental have implanted for me! The attention to detail through the whole process of the treatment has been excellent and they have accommodated my requests for particular dates and times whenever possible. The process for an implant is lengthy on purpose, to enable the best possible result through the healing process and retainment of the implant, so be prepared for the treatment to last over several months. However, securing the longevity of your new tooth or teeth is paramount! Highly Recommended, professional friendly and attention to detail is outstanding. Thank you.

   Excellent! I can’t recommend this practice enough. After some bad experiences at other practices I am no longer anxious of going to the dentist. Rhys has been absolutely fantastic. Makes you feel at ease and explains everything perfectly. I was disappointed when Lisa the hygienist left but Angela has not missed a beat and is brilliant.

   Easy to find, readily available parking, Dr Patel did two wisdom tooth extractions for me in twenty minutes despite one being difficult and apart from some slight soreness in the mornings no other pain with them. Very much not a cheap dentist but excellent standards of work. Can justify the cost after other people's wisdom tooth extraction horror tales!

   On entering the Reception area the Receptionist was very friendly and made you feel welcome. The Hygienist was very patient and put me at ease. After the treatment my teeth and gums felt very clean and fresh.

   Had treatment from them for about 20-years and my kids as well and they have always been brilliant. Had Dr Patel until recently but his replacement Bryn just replaced some fillings for me recently and painless and they look great. The hygienist is really thorough as well.
