Ordered through Deliveroo and when the order arrived an item was missing. Called the restaurant and was told we would have to collect the item ourselves. The lady was extremely unhelpful. This is not the first time we have had issues with them. Previous order they βforgotβ about us and we had to wait almost 80 minutes for food. Will not use them anymore.

Completely inedible, burnt to crisp chicken balls & spring rolls. Beef in black bean sauce smothered in chilli with a suspicious looking shade of meat? Very disappointed it all went in the bin. Please avoid at all costs & believe the reviews (I wish I did!) I can say itβs the worst take away Iβve ever had with not an ounce of exaggeration!

I just got my order on deliveroo, and I'm very disappointed with my order, the rice is dry no sesame or soy was added. Pot noodle chow mein is more authentic then what I was delivered. And my wonton soup was grainy instead of smooth with no flavour. The pork ball in sauce was ok. Please Chinese food is easy to cook. This was slap dash and a waste of money, time and ingredients. Will not be returning at all.

We really really wanted to like this one as we love a British Chinese takeaway and recently moved to the area so were hopeful this could be our new go to place. Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues. When we called to order, there was no answer and were phoned back on by a mobile line to place the order. When we ordered, I made a mistake with the number I gave for one of our items. This was my error but wasn't picked up until 25 minutes later when we went to collect and were asked to confirm what we had wanted. We had to wait 5 minutes because of this error (we didn't mind as I'd made the mistake) so they could make the new dish. They then brought it to us but realised they'd made another error with one of the items we'd ordered (they made salt and pepper wings, we're ordered salt and pepper chips) so we had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make the correct dish so we were waiting 10-15 minutes at the venue after the time we were told to arrive to collect. Once we were home and opened the takeout, they had given us chips instead of salt and pepper chips which was disappointing. The orange chicken was just breaded chicken breast with a side of luminous orange sauce that was way too sweet. The crispy shredded beef tasted strange and was quite thickly cut. The egg fried rice and plain chow mein were fine but probably not worth the money we'd paid for them. The sweet and sour king prawn balls ended up being battered whole prawns (to some people's taste, but we prefer the minced prawns) with another luminous, sickly sweet, sauce. Unfortunately, we won't be going back there and will stick to Lucky Garden in Isleworth.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered a large order from here yesterday and the food was bland far too much sugar used and pretty much the hole order went in the bin. There was no taste to anything the chicken balls had been cremated the sweet and sour sauce made me heave. The chicken curry was so sweet you cant eat it, the noodles and rice was stodgy. The guy was alone in the shop taking orders and cooking how are you meant to run a shop like that. This food is not fit for human consumption and should not be sold. It really was terrible.

Much better than time ago, the dishes are great portion size especially Chow Mein and soups delicious! I'm sure the pots could be improved for a better handling on the flavor the paper cups would fit the best, something like Kokoro or similar.
