The restaurant has become completely unreliable. They’ve stopped offering the buffet dinner service, which was the main reason to go in the first place. On top of that, the service has been consistently poor for years. It’s disappointing to see how far the place has declined

Arrived at 7.30pm only to find it's not a buffet in winter, only in summer. Instead it's a very expensive and deserted resteraunt. Took a look around at the empty place and quickly left dissapointed. They need update the website and google listing
Had a lovely visit to the Hot Plate Buffet at Park Grand Heathrow with my girlfriend! We really enjoyed the variety of delicious Indian food available. Jeet was super nice and welcoming. He made us laughed and served us really weel. It was a delightful experience that we both cherished!
One of the worst buffet I have been. I went for a dinner on weekday. The food quality was great but it's not worth of £20. There were no desserts at all except brownie and melon, and not many Cuisines available. The menu they show on the website is no where available at the restaurant. If you're looking for Indian menu from the website you will be disappointed. It's not worth of £20. Better go to royal nawabs for £26 where you get unlimited varieties
It is a very average buffett restaurant. Didnt have many varieties for the premium price they are charging. Food was okay but not outstanding. People were polite and friendly. May be an option if you couldnt find alternate buffett lications.
A lovely little restaurant, very clean, friendly and professional staff. Not a huge combination of food to choose from but what is there is lovely.
Do not go to this place. Stale food, not fresh at all. No taste to any items and even the food which is meant to be hit was cold. Should’ve read the reviews here before going. A big NO !

Food was terrible would not recommend it to anyone. Also, the staff were very rude and seemed to not take any notice of the customers. Easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had would not come again
