   Well,where to start. Original shirt sent but faulty. Promised a replacement on 24 hour delivery which was sent out BUT SENT TO WRONG ADDRESS. I NOW HAVE SHIRT BUT THE SPARKLE OF THE OCCASION WAS TAKEN AWAY BY HAVING TO WEAR FAULTY GOODS. QUALITY NOW EXCELLENT BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY POOR

   Unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars. I was bought one of their t-shirts as a xmas gift. Extremely poor quality and I would strongly advise anybody against using this company. How they can get away with selling such poor quality items at the prices they sell them for is beyond me.

   Absolutely shocking got a friends birthday present ordered through amazon and apparently royal mail lost delivery amazon advised me to apply for a refund through seller. I contacted them and got a response from Tom who told me he couldn't do anything and I can only apply for a refund once it arrives but I have been told by amazon and royal mail its lost. Refused to help/send out another item even tho they can also its lost. Absolute joke will be going to the ombudsman also!

   item arrived broken so returned as quickly as possible for a refund. Refund initially approved but 2 weeks later still no money. When I got in contact they refused to refund as stated that the item had arrived back to them broken and as such they could not resell it...... Seems like this proved to be too intellectually difficult for this company to understand!!! I have photos to prove the condition of the item when I received it. Would advise all to google elsewhere for products and not deal with this company. Looks like a lot of other negative reviews receive an apology but what good is that when they keep getting it wrong!! I'd go and cry in my mug of tea but can't as the mug got sent back broken!!!
