   Same issue as many. I have appointment at 2:30 and it's 3:20 and still waiting. If they do like this in emergency then what will be done with normal patients. If we come late for ten minutes then not be checked and be told that you are late. Very sad due to this condition otherwise doctors and staff is good.

   Dr Ten is an artist and a saint!! The dentist I was supposed to see ended up on leave last minute, which wouldn't be a huge deal except reception wrote my number down wrong so couldn't tell me in advance, and I was travelling from norwich and had a train to catch 2 hours later! I cannot fault them for this, a small typo was made much worse by circumstance. Reception are also angels, they managed to get me booked in with another dentist an hour and a half later, and then with a 3rd dentist when that dentist was running over. They kept me updated on timings and did everything they could to make sure I got my filling and didn't miss my train. Dentist number three was Dr Ten. He double checked he would have enough time to do the filling to a standard he was happy with. He also identified a second cavity from my previous xray, and made sure that was filled also. I mentioned I was nervous and was unsure if I needed the filling, he gave me so much reassurance, and took pictures on my phone of each step so I could see there were definitely two cavities, and so I could see what had been done afterwards! There was absolutely no pain for the entire thing, the numbing injection I was expecting to be painful but that was the one thing he took his time on, he made sure it was pain free. He told me exactly what each tool was for and let me see it in action briefly before use. I knew I was in the safest hands and this massively lowered my anxiety. Somehow he finished with a few minutes to spare, just enough time to take a final picture, and the filling is immaculate! The anaesthetic has worn off, I've got no pain and my bite is perfect. He really saved my day, I am incredibly grateful for him taking the time to see me, and for his kindness and dilligence.

   I had an appointment at 12 o clock,but the dentist didn't see me until 1:20 pm. I was waiting for the doctor to apologize because he was very late. After a long wait, I got in, the doctor didn't even apologize. He said if you're not satisfied, you can leave the room. I left the room without any services. I have never seen such an unprofessional doctor. I strongly believe that this doctor doesn't know what professional ethics are. Reply to you comment Your response is like a doctor's behavior.    I have Received very warm welcome from birch dental practice. They both were very helpful called Dr Khan (Amara) and Hawa. The dentist was very nice and informative. The staff was very friendly and helpful and she was honest and straight forward. I rang in the morning and they book me at evening. They provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my future dental needs. I had very worse night and woke up early in the morning because of the pain.I visited after 9 years. I can see the improvement in the dental practice. You guys are champions best of luck!

   Positive: My wisdom tooth extraction by Dr Ten was excellent so feel like you will be provided with excellent care for dental emergencies and urgent issues. The admin and front desk staff are also always very lovely! Negative: I am under the impression that this practice is exceptionally full and staff are constantly on a time crunch. My appointments have always felt very rushed and I’ve never received a scale and polish during the routine appointments I have been able to get, despite paying for them.

   Me and family have been attending this dental practice for 20 years. I had tooth problem over the weekend, my family forced me to make an emergency dentist appointment anywhere in Manchester but I refused it because I have no trust whats so ever and I wait for my appointment with my best Dr Ten and guess what my wait well paid off.This is the best place to go to take care of your teeth. The reception staff is best.Dr.Ten is a very professional, kind, polite and courteous dentist. He has provided us with 'First class' treatment every time. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your dental structure that you had no clue about. My doctor pay extreme attention to detail and provide you with the best. I highly recommend this dental practice.100/100
