    I met Dr Jacobs for the first time on 16/12/25 and was very impressed. He carried out a 3D scan and then explained the results to me in clear and simple language with little use of dental jargon. I felt appraised of all the relevant facts which enabled me to make an informed decision on future treatment even though Dr Jacobs ( for various good reasons ) was only able to give a 50/50 chance if a successful outcome.

    I have developed a real fear of the dentist recently after a few fillings elsewhere, but as a new patient at 406 Dental I’ve been really impressed so far. Danielle gave an excellent, thorough new patient exam and Kevin is the most gentle hygienist I’ve ever gone to - I was terrified beforehand but he was great and I needn’t have been worried. All the staff are really friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

    Lovely smiling staff both clerical and medical. The reception is like one in a 5 star hotel too. Feels very nice in there. Lots of ancillary services on site too which I'm told are as good as the general dentistry - especially the young man who does the endodontics from the practice. (Rob Jacobs - son of Uncle Tony whose practice this was until recently). I've been a patient for 100 years and it's as good now as it's always been!

    After 35 years of good experiences with this dental practice, they have now impressed me even further with the very robust and efficient measures they have put in place to protect patients and staff from COVID-19. I have several underlying health conditions which make me vulnerable and am frightened whenever I have to go anywhere, but this is the one place where I feel absolutely safe.
