   I visited the JD Outlet at Crown point today and had an extremely uncomfortable experience. Right from the start, the two salesgirls kept staring at us suspiciously, as if we were shoplifting. When we asked for a smaller size of the shoes we had picked out, one sales assistant went to the stockroom to get it — but the other salesgirl stayed behind and continued watching us closely. It felt like we were being constantly monitored and treated like suspects rather than customers. Honestly, it was very off-putting and made the entire shopping experience unpleasant. I would advise others to be cautious when visiting this store, as the staff’s behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout. Definitely not coming back.

   Very rude and mean staff. Even though I was polite towards them the whole time, they were so mean. Even while paying for the trainers, they were arrogant. Didn’t feel like an inclusive store. Kind of felt like staff were racist.

   The management at this store are some of the most rude and ignorant people I've ever encoutered in retail. The customer service can only de described as dog dirt. The store manager at this store is very rude and obnoxious who thinks he's special. Refused a exchange or refund for clothing which I was returning within 14 days due to a fault. The store manager disrespected me and spoke to me like a child. I pray JD sports goes into administration and this donut loses everything.

   Excellent customer service from a young gentleman called Spike. He was very helpful and was more than happy to help. However the lady that served us at the till was quite the opposite a lady with blonde hair, I didn’t catch her name but I think she was the team leader. Asked her where we could find men’s joggers and she replied in a rude manner saying she doesn’t work in that department and couldn’t help. Surely she doesn’t just stand at that till for the full shift Wasn’t happy when we asked for a paper receipt gave a loud sigh and went to get it I was not happy with the customer service she gave today

   Special shout out to Supervisor Jacob who possesses zero customer service skills. Really terrible service unfortunately. Made the mistake of misplacing the paperwork from an online order. Needed to return an item and thought the email receipt would be sufficient. It wasn’t. I waited - no exaggeration - 25 mins for them making two different phone calls to try to get a receipt number. They finally gave up and processed the refund manually by hand writing a receipt and sending the item off instead of putting it through their til system. Why didn’t they do this in the first place? Most disappointing thing was there was no ‘I’m sorry this is taking so long’. No explanation of what was happening, I had to ask them.
