   So far my experience at this practice has been great. I came to Whitefield Dental Practice for a second opinion on a smile make over, and I knew I did the right thing coming here. Dr Mo was very thorough explaining what my best options were and was honest why he wouldn’t cut corners for me to achieve my perfect smile. I started today with my Invisalign scan and hygiene appointment, Theresa, Nicola and Ebony couldn’t have been more warm and friendly if they tried. Theresa was particularly attentive given I have highly sensitive teeth and was very gentle whilst cleaning my teeth, understanding I was wary of experiencing pain which I didn’t. I’m excited to start my make over properly and seeing the end results.

   From first walking in the door there is a relaxed atmosphere in the lovely, bright waiting room. Helpful and pleasantly chatty receptionists, reassuring and knowledgeable nurses (Lisa is very comforting), hygienists who take the time to explain what and why they are doing something, giving me a mirror to watch how I need the correct procedures to continue my treatment at home....and what can I say about Dr Mo....no wonder this practice has won so many awards. He talked me through everything he planned to do, answering any questions considerately, in easy to understand language and instils confidence in this previously nervous patient. I applaud this practice 100%. I always know how long the appointments will last and how much I will need to pay. Thank you for returning my confidence to smile and even though I no longer live in the area I have no qualms about travelling to this practice to ensure continuity and it's nice to be recognised as a returning patient.

   I was referred to Whitefield Dental by sMiles Better Denture Clinic as part of the work I having done by them. I have had four extractions and a filling, this as most of us do was something I was dreading. I can honestly say the treatment and care I was given by Whitefield Dental Practice was second to none. Due to a lung condition, I have to use an Oxygen bottle in a rucksack when I am out and about as I struggle to work short distances and get really breathless. The way the team accommodated this and give me time to get on the chair and setteled was amazing. The Dentist Dr Raihan explained in detail everything that was going to happen and was happening, putting me at ease. I did not feel a thing during the or after the treatment which in itself was a pleasant surprise. I really do recommend Whitefield Dental Practice. I cannot thank the whole team enough for their absolute professionalism and I really do mean that.

   Lovely welcoming staff! Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. Mo and the wider dental team are very through and explain everything to you which puts me at ease! One of the nicest dentist I’ve had! Carol is also a superstar and has always made time to call me back or let me know if there are any cancellations and fit me in. I finish work at 5 and have always struggled with appointment at previous dentist! So this is amazing for me! Highly recommend the dental plan, so convenient and very affordable 5 Stars!

   I have always been unhappy about my smile but been too nervous to do something about it. I am a very anxious patient when it comes to the dentist. Dr Mo was amazing he very patiently explained different options , the process of treatment, what results to expect etc. I went for Invisalign and composite bonding. Best decision I have ever made and never been happier and more confident with my smile. Very friendly and supportive staff. Enjoyed my experience very much so.

   The best dentist there is! Carol, Mo and the rest of the team are all amazing. Best customer service you will ever receive. I have had multiple treatments on my teeth which have been the best I have ever received. I would recommend to anyone!
