    My concern at yesterdays appointment, was that I was told I needed a filling, which was fair enough. However, I was not told about the cost of the treatment before hand, until I went to reception afterwards. Yes, partly my fault, I should of asked before. What with paying Denplan it's not cheap. Seriously thinking about my options as when I got home my wife went through the roof.

    Absolutly brillient! I phoned early Monday morning with an abscess on a molar. I was seeing Paul soon after 11am. At the risk of making him blush he was so good. Very reassuring to this very slightly stressed 70+ year old. Explained everything without talking down to me. I came away with antibiotics and minus a wisdom tooth. It was so much more of a positive experience than it could have been. Thank you Paul
