Speaking as someone who avoided the dentist for years I can really recommend Steph and her team. My fear has gone. I feel this practice has don’t so much for me in terms of sorting painful issues and raising my self esteem by fixing some aesthetics

From the first phone call, during which I was given friendly and very effective advice, to the final outcome in resolving a problem, I am delighted to have found a dental practice whose team are caring, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A really well run, efficient and kind practice. A very pleasant receptionist (nice change from my local GP...) took my details and I was then treated by Rachael who put me at my ease immediately. My checkup was completed very smoothly with the dentist and her nurse (I think Jen?). Well done all, it's very hard to find NHS dentists, especially ones like this.
Having been apprehensive about visiting a dentist this practice is the best experience ever. From the moment of arrival you feel welcome and positive. All staff from the receptionist to the Dental surgeon are friendly and professional. I am particularly frightened of the dentist but Rachael and her assistant Caitlin listened to my fears and did their best to put me at ease during my treatment. I would recommend this dental surgery very highly. Thank you to them all for making my experience today nowhere near as bad as I was anticipating.
