Very friendly efficient staff. I phoned at 8.30 and was seen at 10.30. The practice is very convenient for me and I've never had a problem parking.
In my opinion, the best Dental Hygienist appointment I have ever experienced. Both the Hygienist herself and the nurse were very calm, careful and thorough. I actually enjoyed the appointment! And, I will be going back regularly.
I've been at this dental practice for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr King is fantastic, he's a great guy and really looks after his patients. Highly recommend.
I have just completed a year long programme of treatment at the Paddock involving major work (including bone graft, implants, bridgework), and I can’t praise highly enough the expertise and wrap around care that I have experienced from every member of the team at every stage of my treatment. Meticulous planning from Dr. Alex King and Hugo Pinto ensured skilled and timely treatment leading to outstanding results. As a patient I felt that I was informed and supported throughout, I could ask questions, no matter how trivial, at any time and every possible effort was made to minimise pain and discomfort, with great success. Over time I have learned how cohesive the whole team at the Paddock are. They work so well together and use their fantastic communication skills in a very positive way, which has made me feel as though everyone cares about the patient and plays their part whether it be from welcoming me on arrival, having a chat about how things are progressing, to making sure everything runs smoothly in the surgery during treatment, supporting both me and the dentist. Feeling confident in the outstanding skills and talent of my dentist was crucial , but also, the fact that, as time went on, I felt that the whole staff were interested and invested in getting the best possible results gave me such confidence in you all. I simply can’t thank you enough, or express the joy I feel now when I look in a mirror ❤️
Arrived 10 minutes early for a checkup. Alex invited me in early. I was in pain with my right rear lower tooth. Alex kindly fitted the tooth extraction in between appointments. Superb experience. Pain free now.! Thanks Alex.

I had Invisalign treatment with Dr Sam and I can’t recommend him enough! He takes time to explain the entire process, check on the progress during and after the treatment is done. He very attentive, welcoming and extremely professional/competent. I’m very happy with my results. He also looks after my children’s teeth with such great care and kindness.
I joined The Paddock Dental Practice just over a year ago after not seeing a dentist for a good few years. The team are all fantastic and extremely helpful. They always provide the best care and Sam makes me feel at ease during every appointment. After wanting my teeth whitened for longer than I can recall, I decided to finally take the plunge. Sam explained everything to me during our initial consultation and answered all the questions I had. He was accommodating with appointments and starting my treatment once my trays were ready, due to me be being on holiday which was great as I didn’t feel rushed to start. When I got my trays, everything was explained to me in detail on how to use, and Sam even demonstrated how much gel I should be using etc. I had the at-home treatment for 3 weeks and noticed results right away, which just got better as time went on. I had some sensitivity but it was completely bearable and the toothpaste you get with the treatment helped this. After the 3 weeks of at-home treatment I had my in-chair session after which and explained how to maintain my whiter smile going forward! I went back in shortly after my in-chair treatment at my request where Sam showed me which shade my teeth had whitened to and showed me side by side of before and after pics which was great as I could really see how much whiter they were. Would highly recommend not only the teeth whitening treatment but the practice as a whole! Thank you Sam and the rest of the team :)
Always feel comfortable coming to paddock dental practice, staff are absolutely lovely and my dentist Sam has taken me through my invisiline journey so well. He ensured that I completely understood the treatment before I began my plan and I’ve ended up with perfect teeth :)
I rarely leave reviews but the service i have received from the team at Paddock has been outstanding. Due to the service i have recently received i have had to attend multiple appointments and they have always been extremely flexible and worked around my schedule. The team are very knowledgeable and i felt very comfortable in their hands. I've had so many compliments on my veneers and would never trust anybody else. Highly highly recommend.
