Being a very nervous patient when addressing Dental care I have been very impressed by the care, professionalism and most important to myself the patience and understanding that they provide. As soon as you enter the practice you are put at ease, from the warm welcome to the beautiful decor. This all adds to the experience. I can't praise the staff enough.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr Bara for a consultation regarding implants due to receding gums. After providing comprehensive advice (complete with diagrams!) about the range of options available, he delivered a creative solution that saved me thousands of ££ and time! I’m so pleased he was my first port of call — professional, honest, and above all, ethical. It’s clear he prioritises what is genuinely best for his patients.
Dr Kasim and Katy were amazing with my son today. He needed 2 teeth out in preparation for braces and was quite anxious. They were very professional and kind, always checking that he was ok during the procedure and explaining everything in great detail. Thank you

The staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The dentist was thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me feel informed and at ease. The hygienist was gentle but detailed—my teeth feel great! I genuinely had such a positive experience that this is now my go-to dentist. I've been to Serenity for years but the most recent experience was horrible. I had the general teeth check-up with my families on Monday 27th Feb. My whole check-up took only 2 minutes without any x-ray taken, or conversation asking me about my teeth condition. Bara has been communicated with inconsistent information and being extremely rude afterwards. He first told me I could either have the general cleaning with him that day, or book with a hygienist for a later cleaning session. I asked him whether I can do both, Bara said no I could only choose either. When I asked him to give me a general cleaning, he then said he can't do it as I am having gum disease. He asked me to pay the £23.80 which only took about 2minutes. Later when I tried to complain to the practice manager about the unprofessional treatment, Bara came out several times to argue and not let me speak to respond to his points. It's the most horrendous human conversation I've ever experienced. The manager tried to stop Bara being so aggressive but Bara did not stop. Bara even threaten me saying he was the only NHS dentist, if I am not happy with him no one will see me in the future. To be honest, I am fine with that. With this horrible experience I won't consider going back even if it's for free. No one should be treated that way. I was promised to send the invoice to my email, to this date, I have not received any email. Luckily I found another dentist practice in Chorlton who are super professional and nice. I am having only minor gum disease nothing too worried. I was given general cleaning for my first visit with them.
Been having my check ups & treatments for the past few years at Serenity and each time all the staff have been friendly and professional from start to finish. Just wanted to let Dr Choudhury and the team know ‘keep up the great service & care you’re providing and I’ll continue to go to the practice for many years’.
He’s running he’s business in this clinic and I have been here 4 times, how become guys let someone work for u and under the name of this clinic and he’s unprofessional and un honest person like this it’s totally shame on you

Absolutely amazing! Such lovely, lovely staff who are all very sweet and professional. I came in for a long overdue scaling and polish, which I was very nervous about. The two lovely ladies I had were absolutely lovely and so reassuring. They let me have breaks in between my cleaning and were always reassuring me and making sure I was comfortable. My previous dental surgery were not like this at all so it is so lovely to feel at ease straight away. The results are also incredible! The best I have ever had and I genuinely couldn't believe I was looking at my own teeth! Absolutely fantastic and so so happy I have registered with them now. If you are even slightly considering registering with this practice, just do it. You won't regret it at all! Thank you ladies :)
