   First and foremost, the facade that the receptionist states that they take on registering new NHS patients and to ensure this spot is given to you, you must call at Tuesday at 10am is a scam. I called at exactly 10am watching my clock so i do not miss these first come, first serve “slots” to which the call automatically ends. When i call back at 10:01am, the register is now closed until next week. So when i attempted to call back to discuss this with a representative, i was on hold for 10 minutes but was deemed by the automated voice as “first in the queue”. To conclude, if you want to maintain your sanity and valued time and efforts , do not familiarise yourself with this dental practice.

   Even not worth one star , They are ridiculous and clown. They said that they accept NHS patients every Tuesday at ten o'clock, and I called in two minutes past 10 am. They said that the registration was closed and I was there in person the week before. They were really rude and useless . I am sure they work unprofessionally and inefficiently in the dental profession as well

   Just spoke to a receptionist at 10:23am on 25th June very rude lady on the phone hang up on me without saying bye, they require well educated staff that know how to behave. There are better dental practice out there private and NHS who know how to treat patients better and don’t just hang up. I believe all calls should be recorded.

   Receptionist is a NPC robot. Completely emotionless with the patients. Doctors are just absolutely rubbish with consultation. Fillings dont even last a couple of months before they fall out. They did have a really nice receptionist before but its not the case anymore. Avoid this surgery!

   I would like to leave feedback for my dental surgery, Whalley Range Dental Surgery. The reception team are lovely and very helpful. For eg I recently had an appointment but due to being delayed abroad because of a cancelled flight, I texted my mum to cancel without any difficulty. I have been a pt for over 15 yrs and have always received patient centered care. My dentist is currently Amanda and dental nurse (sorry didn't get your name). I had a thorough check up including XRs, advice on gum health and demonstration and tips. I want to say my experience is always excellent and today I felt I should memorialise it. Its very easy to criticise and nit pick, there's not enough praise to give staff a lift whilst working against massive workload pressures, unrealistic expectations and post covid NHS recovery.. Thank you

   Just had to have a filling and tooth extraction. I was very scared and nervous and they treated me with care and understanding. The procedure was quick and bar the injection (obviously) it was honestly painless. The first time I've ever had a painless trip to a dentist. Can't recommend enough!

   Lovely receptionists who have so much patience and always want a chat. I have always managed to get an appointment after work within a week and have even had two emergency appts within an hour! The dental work I have had done there has been super professional and the dentists always polite and understanding
