   The Trafford Dental Centre is a 10-15 minute walk from my old surgery in Streford Mall which has now closed because the Mall is being revamped. Treated by Rucha Desai. Very professional. Got told what I needed to have done. Across three visits, straight in, bam, bam, bam. Done. Straight out. Also got helpful guidance about what interdental tools to buy and how to use them properly. Lovely.

   Have had toothache three times with the same back tooth. Was advised it needed to come out but I am honestly terrified! Never had a tooth out before. So this time was absolutely agony so decided this was it! I shook like a leaf and cried like a baby but !!! I cannot praise the dentist and his amazing nurse. He explained every step and she held my hand throughout the whole process I could not have done it without her support and encouragement… instant relief !!

   I originally came to this practice approximately 30 years ago on a recommendation. I was having dental problems exacerbated by a previous dentist. Since then I have had great to amazing service with first ( family man dentist) to the last ( corporate, but feels family orientated ) never had any issues with the practice as a whole; I feel that down to the excellence of the practice manager ( could tell the difference when she took a sabbatical? To when she returned). I have on the whole found the receptionists friendly, pleasant and welcoming. The dental nurses/hygienists professional, the dentists fantastic. Never had any reason to complain in fact I recommend them to everyone, especially when you do an open invite for nhs /patients. Reception and clinic rooms are always clean and tidy. When children love going to the dentist you know you are on a winning streak in the battle against tooth decay. Thank you for keeping my children’s teeth healthy from when they were 6months old.

   Excellent service, they are friendly, always do their best to get you seen. My dentist is just lovely. She makes me feel calm is so good that I never feel pain or any discomfort. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

He has always had an exceptionally calm demeanor and is excellent at breaking down and explaining the options for treatment, most recently regarding a tooth that needed extracting and replacing with an implant.    First I need to say I stopped attending the dentist for yrs after having many bad experiences, I only returned due to needing emergency treatment and met Dr Deepti, she is the absolutely the best dentist ever and has a fabulous personality, I had an appointment today with Deepti who is was as fantastic as always BUT I was also very surprised and very impressed with the make over of the surgery, the old surgery looked a bit tired and tatty not very inviting, but it has lovely new furniture, felt fresh, bright and clean and I was informed more improvements are planned, it is a long time coming but well done to the managers who are making such positive changes

   No one enjoys going to the dentist but Dr. Deepti makes it a lot more bearable. She is a great dentist - very friendly, personable and puts you at ease. She’s especially been amazing with my dad who’s been undergoing treatment for cancer and has really has gone above and beyond to help him. Thanks for everything you do Dr. Deepti.

   Had my first check up last month and went for treatment today. Friendly reception staff and the dentist and her assistant were again really warm and put me at ease. I had a filling and a deep clean and didn't feel a thing. Will definitely be staying there and have already booked my next appointment for 6 months time.
