   This is very frustrating, I bought four pairs of the same style flat shoes, one pair lasted less than a week, two around a month and the fourth were fine. On another occasion I was given a pair of size nine's instead of a six, took them back the next day and was given a refund as they were out of stock. The staff are always helpful, but so miserable, no matter how friendly you are towards them.

   Really good service, ordered a pair of shoes online to collect, within 30 minutes my order was ready. The member of staff who I spoke to was friendly and efficient and fetched my order straight away, there was no waiting. I certainly would use the click and collect at this shop again or go in there to buy shoes as the staff were so good. Definitely recommended.

   Not good quality with shoes. I would never buy shoes from here ever again. The staff are friendly it's a shame about the quality of the shoes. 1/10 is for the quality of the shoes. When you buy shoes you expect them to last, my never that's why I'm disappointed. It's a shame that bacon's shoes and shoe express aren't around anymore they did better quality shoes.

   I like shoe zone for cheap shoes for the kids. I hold back one star because the shoes are budget friendly, but the quality reflects that. That said, it is a good place to get them shod, and the wellingtons do represent real value for money, with lots of fashionable colours and styles that all of my kids love, from the 3yr olds to the 11yr old.
