Dr Saousan is the best dentist I've ever visited. I've always had a fear of going to the dentist and have racked up a fair share of cavities as a result. Dr Saousan sorted every one with care, precision and clear experience. She is very clean, gentle, and calm. Her lovely manner is infectious! I would highly recommend - best dentist hands down!
This dental practice has some truly excellent dentists, and based on our family’s experience, choosing the right dentist here makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend Dr Shahram, Dr Dimitra and Dr Sabreen. They are professional, patient, and genuinely caring. They take time to explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, and next steps clearly, which is especially important when decisions are irreversible. Their calm and reassuring manner consistently helps nervous patients feel at ease, and they make sure patients fully understand before proceeding. I have also experienced treatment with another dentist at this practice (I will not name her), and in comparison, the difference was striking. Where the dentists named above demonstrate excellent communication, patience, and professionalism, this other experience lacked clear explanation and empathy. In less than 20 minutes, it was enough to make a patient lose confidence in the practice — not because of the clinic itself, but because of how much individual dentist approach matters. Fortunately, my family members have been treated by Dr Shahram, Dr Dimitra, and Dr Sabreen over the years, and their consistently high standard of care is the reason I am giving this practice 5 stars — specifically for these dentists. My strong advice to new patients is to request one of the dentists mentioned above when booking, as the quality of care and communication can vary significantly depending on who you see.
I’m incredibly grateful to have Dr Sabreen as my dentist and trust her completely with my dental care. Every appointment I’ve had with her has left me feeling more confident about my teeth than before. She is very thorough when explaining each procedure, taking the time to ensure I fully understand what’s being done. During treatment, she is gentle, careful, and never rushed, which makes a huge difference to how comfortable I feel. Dr Sabreen is also very welcoming and kind, creating a calm and reassuring environment from the moment you walk in. She communicates exceptionally well and always checks that I’m comfortable throughout my treatment, something I believe every dentist should prioritise. Her work is consistently of the highest standards, and her professionalism truly stands out. She carries herself with a gentle and reassuring demeanour and it’s clear she cares about the quality of her work. Anyone who is looking for professional dental care, Dr Sabreen is where it’s at, I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
I had been looking for a reliable and highly skilled dentist for a long time, and I’m truly glad I found Dr. Farid. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the warm and professional attitude of Dr. Farid and his team made me feel completely at ease. I recently had dental treatment at smart dental in Pendlebury with Dr Sharam Radnar. I had to make several visits and each time Dr Radnar was really easy to talk to and made sure my treatment was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend him to anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist as his pleasant, friendly manner makes the visit less daunting.

I have been going to this dentist all my life and it is amazing! I recently had two appointments and the dentist and the two assistants (first room in the right from the waiting room) were so nice, made sure I was okay and made me laugh the whole time. The waiting time was less than five minutes for me which was incredible. I would definitely suggest this place if you are looking for dental care :)
