   I love this place (as much as you can love a dentist). I’m such a nervous visitor, but my dentist is amazing and always makes me feel at ease - I love her! My favourite dentist of all time over the few I’ve had at various practices. Tara was welcoming on arrival and informative for any questions I had today at my checkup. 10/10 all round and would recommend to family and friends. There is a dental nurse who has been there for years, a blonde lady, I don’t know her name and didn’t see her today - but she is usually at my appointments - she’s also very calming and friendly! I appreciate this practice so much.

   Absolutely shocking and racist uneducated receptionists. They booked my sister in for an appointment, then the dentist goes on holiday and she has to cancel when she booked months in advance. The dentist wouldn’t even clean her teeth even though she paid. If your of colour they will bully you into leaving if you speak up. My sisters been asking if the dentist have NHS availability for my mum and every-time they have told her no, however a lady turns up and says she’s here to sign up and they said that’s fine to her because she wasn’t of colour. They bullied my sister who suffers with mental health issues, making her feel bad in all situations. You ring they hardly answer when they do it’s all attitude. They told my sister on numerous occasions she’s being rude even if she is extra nice. Tara the manager don’t make me laugh she knew exactly what she was doing as soon as she heard a woman of colour needed to make a complaint.

   I have been a patient at this practice for approximately 25 years (along with my three children). I started out as a nervous patient but that is, happily, a thing of the past! In fact, I look forward to my appointments - and so do my, now adult, children - thanks to the care we received here. I am guilty of forgetting an appointment and having to cancel at short-notice and have never encountered an issue or been made to feel guilty. I have always been treated with respect and understanding (mind you, I’m always polite and never entitled). Staff are always polite, respectful and friendly and are great communicators. In summary, I love my dental practice and really appreciate them!

   Super impressed with this dentist. Had an appointment 1 day after registering and procedure sorted for the following week. Staff are all really friendly. Miss Madhok was really reassuring towards my questions as I was very nervous as I’d never had a filling before. The procedure was quick and painless and no longer feel anxious about going to the dentist :)

   Just constantly waiting for both dentist and hygienist. Dentist seems to be struggling to hold it together, appears to be very limited with the dental hygienist only working very few days and not being on for them a lot of the time.

   Great practice. I've had a few different dentists there treating me and always found them friendly with good advice. They polish and floss even on checkups, unlike my previous dentist practice that just counted my teeth and nothing else.

   Not looked after my teeth very well needed dentures, saw a lady dentist, she was absolutely amazing new exactly what to do for me. She extracted my loose teeth and took away bits of teeth without to much pain, and corrected my existing dentures. From seeing her in the morning, I was back in the chair the following day at noon, I could not believe it they are a perfect fit and can eat again and my wife finds me attractive again. Thank you doctor you have put a big smile on my face.
