Worsley dental practice and especially Dentist Dimitra have been wonderful to me and welcomed me to the practice and so friendly and reassuring. I’m new to this practice and was anxious about the experience. I read the reviews and I was not disappointed, with all the staff friendly and professional and welcoming.
I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I first visited having a consultation with Becky who thoroughly explained everything, and made me feel very reassured and comfortable. I had a very tight schedule with work and Jess and the team managed to complete my smile in just one visit! I can’t thank Jess enough, she talks you through every step and ensures that you get exactly what you want. I walked out with my dream smile and a dental practice I will continue to return to. Thank you all so much!
Had my composite bonding with Dr Jess Bell and oh my goodness they are better than I ever could have envisioned. I decided last minute to go ahead with the composite bonding and got in touch with Jess who was absolutely amazing and rushed everything through for me, booking in all last minute appointments to ensure I was able to hit the very tight deadlines we had. Jess did a mock up a few weeks before to ensure I was happy and was able to change anything before my composite appointment. Everything was well explained and felt so reassured from start to finish! Ill be forever grateful I now have my dream smile for my wedding in a weeks time!!! If you are thinking of having any cosmetic work done, Worsley Dental is your place, you won’t regret it!!! I would recommend Dr Jess Bell to everyone! Also before my composite bonding, I needed to have a filling done (I’m absolutely terrified of dentists and admittedly not been for about 4 years) Dr Thelma was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. She put relaxing music on, talked me through every step of the way and ensured I was feeling ok throughout. - I didn’t feel a single thing, had no pain afterwards! I would 100% feel comfortable in going to her for any other fillings etc I needed! Thank you to all the Team at Worsley Dental!
I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 5 years (maybe longer!) as I’ve always found the whole experience unpleasant and felt judged for not having great teeth. That changed when I visited Worsley Dental Centre and was seen by Dr Thelma. From the initial appointment she was warm, friendly, and completely non-judgemental. I signed up for a 3–4 month treatment plan, which included multiple procedures including fillings, a root canal, a crown, whitening, and composite bonding. Through it all Dr Thelma made sure I was comfortable. The treatments were pain-free, she was incredibly considerate, and she always explained each procedure in detail, which really put my mind at ease. I’m very happy with the composite bonding, I have had tons of compliments on how natural they look, and feel much more confident. Dr Thelma is attentive, patient, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure things work for you. Nothing is too much! I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Great service. Staff are very pleasant on reception. My dentist is always pleasant, polite,and helpful and makes you feel at ease. The procedure being carried out is always explained in depth by the dentist and you are always given the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Appointments are always arranged to suit ,and you always get seen at your specified appointment time. The quality of the treatment i have received has been 10 out of 10 . I would definitely recommend this practice to others .
Absolutely amazing service here at Worsley Dental Centre!!!! DR Jess Bell has done a brilliant job of my composite bonding!! Great communication throughout the process! She listened to what I wanted to achieve and went above and beyond to make it happen! You can tell DR Jess Bell has a passion for her profession and was never once uncomfortable throughout it all. Big thanks to Shamina the dental nurse who also worked long and hard by Jess's side.
Yet again had a very positive experience today. Jess (Dr Bell) is as friendly as she is professional. She puts you completely at ease, listens to your concerns then runs through the treatment options. Speaking as a former long term “dentist dodger” I wish I’d met her years ago, can’t recommend her highly enough.
I was looking for a dental practice and dentist that came highly recommended to me, and I found what I was looking for in the Worsley Dental Practice and Dr Jess Bell. I like the honesty as to what I needed to have done, and felt confident in moving forward. The practice and the staff throughout are warm, friendly and totally make you feel comfortable. Dr Bell is an amazing dentist, and although only halfway through my treatment, the results are more than I could wish for. I’m excited at how the end results are going to be, as thus far, I’m made up with the work she has done. Based on my 3 visits so far (And yes I need a lot of work doing), I can only highly recommend the practice and Dr Bell’s expertise. Thank you!! I have had significant dental treatment with Worsley Dental Centre and couldn’t recommend them anymore. I was under Dr Jess Bell for my composite veneers and bonding - had around 4 appointments with her from start to finish. The customer care and service was outstanding, as well as the treatment and the finish of my smile. I am thrilled with my new smile and can’t thank Dr Jess Bell and Worsley Dental Centre enough - it’s a must!!!
