Radcliffe Dental Practice is a hidden gem, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, putting me at ease from walking through the front door. Dr Alam was patient and gentle, he checked that I was completely comfortable before starting work and checking periodically throughout treatment. Thank you for your patience and prompt service from a very nervous patient.

We have been looking for a dentist for a long time now and found this one thankfully. Me and my daughter had treatment that was well needed and they really looked after us and made us feel comfortable its a good dentist and the receptionist is lovely aswell.Thankyou.

I HATE dentists! I've had a bad experience with them seance I was about 4. I've been on waiting lists for nearly a year with several dentists. Even during my pregnancy, I didn't see a dentist because of all the waiting, even though they knew. My daughter is 11 months and 3 weeks, my free dental is about to run out and I haven't even gotten the chance to use it. UNTIL NOW! I was calling local dentist to see if they were registering, for my baby at least. This practice told me straight away, if we have an opening we will call you back in about an hour. Later that day they called and I saw Dr Paul McCory the next morning. Despite a mix up with the times the RECEPTIONIST WAS LOVELY. The DENTAL NURSE AND DENTIST HAVE GOOD "BANTER" between them and the atmosphere is wonderful. I didnt have the same anxieties while I was there. They asked me about my dental history, which is very sketchy (last time I saw a dentist I was 18 and going into surgery to remove 3 teeth and the time before I was about 12 removing 4 teeth in a hospital also. I've been to a few surgeries and specialists in my short time because of my dental issues). I'll be 24 in a few weeks and I've been so afraid to go to the dentist after my operation, I've been living with gaps in my teeth. I know my oral health is nowhere near as good as it should be but, Paul was NOT JUDGY about my situation, he was LOVELY, FUNNY, and VERY PATIENT with me and my tired baby. He gave me GREAT ADVICE, showed me what's going on in my mouth (I was given a mirror, while he examined me) and even went through the X-rays with me. While we were there he even had a look at my daughter. I have an appointment for the next working day to deal with some of the issues I have. I FELT I WAS EDUCATED AND ENCOURAGED, rather than being condemned which is what I hated about visiting dentists. He WASNT ROUGH with sensitive parts of my teeth BUT WAS THOROUGH and took time where time needed to be taken. I don't want my daughter to have the same problems I've had with my teeth or dentists and now we have found a dentist we can stick with. I recommended them to my neighbour before I even got home! In short, it's a humble surgery, they didn't do anything particularly special but they gave me the BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!
