I genuinely think this place is shambles. Patient care should start at reception, but this team haven't got a clue and the receptionists are rude. Cancelled my son's appointment with no real confirmation and I didn't know until we turned up. All reception had to say was they tried phoning me. There was a missed call from a few days before, no email, no voicemail, nothing. No apology from reception and I had to ask for a new appointment when stood there - wasn't even offered. You don't get reminders to book in and when I asked reception if I could get an earlier appointment via email, if they could get my son in earlier than the times in the website as it would have been very long since his last appointment, they pestered me with calls despite me saying I want email comms due to their shambles phone call last time. You also can't book morning appointments on the website, but need to contact them for this seperately. They offered me an appointment for new year's eve, a week later than what I could book on the website. This is literally just a 5 minute check for a toddler. It's no surprise people become bad at going to the dentist and develop phobia when they get older if it starts like this in childhood. Don't even get me started on the staff turnover here. It's never ending. I've asked on what can be expected with their unreliability and cancellations - they have no answer to this. Shambles of a place.

It’s ok when you can finally get in…almost every appointment I make for my daughter is cancelled the day before. She has a checkup every 3 months. This has been going on for as long as I can remember. The day before I get a text message this time the dentist chair has broken! It takes a lot of organising to get there and so annoying that it’s cancelled almost every appointment! I want to leave but obviously it’s hard to find an NHS dentist so unfortunately stuck.

This practice has a real serious problem with cancelling appointments. It’s the only dentist available to me that is accepting NHS patients. I was on waiting list from January till August, in August I finally had an appointment for them to cancel on me the day of the appointment, then they have cancelled 3 more times. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and already knew what was going to happen so I called them up preemptively to ask them “do I still have my appointment or are you going to cancel on me again” I was assured that the dentist is in and will be in tomorrow and it will not be cancelled. I then got a phone call 4 hours later to tell me “the dentist is sick and unable to come in so we have to cancel your appointment” I have been told the same very obvious lie 4 times now, 4 times it is “the dentist is sick and unable to come in” It’s very clearly a lie, the nhs dentist only works Tuesdays and Wednesdays and is clearly overbooked from the amount of NHS patients they’re taking in constantly and are double booking appointments or that they just don’t care if you’re not willing to pay them to go private. Either way some weird things are going on with this practice, my dad who also goes here had them cancel on him literally ten times with his original appointment in January now being December with the same excuse of “the dentist is unwell” each time. they can’t even keep track of their own lies, either that or they don’t care. You also receive no apologies from the receptionists, they’re rude and lack any sort of kindness and sensitivity when it comes to patient care. I would suggest anyone who is experiencing similar issues of repeated cancellations with no appointments to file a complaint to the local integrated care board or ICB.

My last 4 appointments have had to be rescheduled because the dentists are not available and I still haven't actually had an appointment yet. The last time I was seen which was over a year ago. The dentist was late and they called me as I was driving to the appointment to try and reschedule. I tried calling the reception desk to reschedule only for it to keep disconnecting which makes the whole appointment thing even more frustrating. It would be nice if I could make an appointment and actually keep it.

I had a great experience today with hygienist Manal, very informative chat about keeping your teeth clean and healthy, my teeth feel great and clean now. Nurse Riddhi was very helpful, friendly and took good care of me! I am very happy with the service I have received today ☺️.

I joined this dentist after not being seen by a dentist for 4 years (Covid and lack of availability) and being pregnant was complaining of toothache. My first check up was very rushed and they said my teeth were fine even though I said they were painful. The second time I booked another appointment because of tooth pain again they said my teeth were fine and tried to rush me away (I was in there for 2 minutes). I asked them to do an x-ray (I’ve not had an X-ray for 4 years) the dentist huffed and argued with me about doing one? I explained I wasn’t offered an X-ray last time due to me being pregnant and she still argued but did one and said my teeth were fine. After both negative experiences I found a new dentist, after a great appointment with them and fantastic service, my new dentist said I need 3 fillings in my upper teeth. Bearing in mind my last appointment with the dental team was 3 weeks ago.. I never write bad reviews but I would not recommend this dentist, they can’t do their job and are very rude. I wasn’t made to feel comfortable and feel as though they just want you in and out. They clearly failed to mention I needed 3 fillings which is what a dentist is supposed to do??

My family’s experience at the dental team is amazing! My sister is seeing a dentist right now (Tariq) and every dentist we go to help our teeth grow happy and healthy. I would love to win this raffle as me and my family would benefit from it greatly and it looks really cool. Even if we don’t win we still think that the dental team is the best dentist and we would never leave it.

I haven't been here for some time due to COVID restrictions. The whole space has changed. It is more open and airy than it was and has a welcoming feel. The staff are very friendly and I received great treatment from the dentist. Her advice was honest and not pushy and she gave me options. The surgery is the best I have been to

The best Dental Clinic in the all Manchester! Always kind, thoughtful and very very helpful...for at least two times we've asked for an urgent appointment to our daughter and they always find a way to accommodate our request. Very organized with reminders for your appointment and check ups and barely no waiting times for your scheduled appointment. The entire Team, since the reception to the Dentists, are brilliant and extremely competent. We wouldn't go anywhere else!! Thanks Dental Team
