Friendly staff whom are always welcoming. I feel at ease with my dentist and hygienist who are very professional and attentive. It is a worthwhile visit every 6 months.
I have recently just had 4 extractions in preparation for braces done with Jane. Cannot thank her enough for the treatment I have recieved since joining the dental & implant clinic. She is fantastic and so clear with her directions and explanations, makes me so comfortable in all appointments. Couldn't recommend Jane or this practice more :)
Called due to having a sharp tooth. Appointment with Jane two days later who sorted the issue quickly and did a check up at the same time. Awesome service yet again.
I started my Invisalign journey in January and have never regretted it. Lucy has been tremendous throughout the whole process. She is professional and polite and always took the time to explain each step of the process. I would recommend her and this practice to anyone.
All in can say is my experience was fantastic! I had not been to the Dentist in many years, and my teeth were causing me discomfort. I was absolutely terrified. On recommendation from my Daughter and Husband, I went to see Lucy & Julie. They were fantastic! There was no judgement, they explained everything and treatment moving forward. So much so, I'm looking forward to going back at the end of the month.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 20 years, My clinicians have been Mike Higgins (recently retired) and recently Will Anderson for implant work. The practice has the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism of clinical and reception staff. I would particularly recommend Will and his team for the brilliant work implanting the top four front teeth. I have provided a feedback of 8-10 and I have measured this service experience level not based on expertise but rather in the long waiting lead times to actually reserve time to have work done? The shortest period of time I have had to wait to have work done is 2 months from the original date from my examination. Other than that I would give the surgery 10-10.
I can highly recommend. The staff are great. From reception to the dentist and support staff, they are all helpful, friendly and welcoming. I have just done a survey for them that asked if anyone had exceeded expectations during my visit. The problem is that it is almost impossible for them to do that because of how high they have set the bar for themselves. Walkden Dental are the complete opposite of my last dentist and they make a dental appointment a lot less fearsome. Keep up the good work.
