   Receptionists are friendly, getting appointments has been easy and I've been seen on time or there abouts. Needed some fillings and was booked the next week, a few days later needed some adjustments and I was seen just couple of days later. I was put at ease by the dentist and the dental assistant, would definitely recommend

   Genuinely couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. The dentist was exceptionally calm and diligent in explaining what he was doing and why; I was almost shocked at how kind he was. I’ve always found the receptionist to be friendly and professional and my latest appointment was no different. The staff really do make what can be a daunting experience into a borderline enjoyable one.

   Fantastic dentist and practice. I've had such wonderful care from this practice. The dentist himself has gone beyond the call of duty and made real efforts to help me with my poor dentition - and did a welfare referral to my family once when I was going a bit nuts. He's dealt with more than a few of my urgent dental needs. I used to be terrified of dental injections but he's so competent that I don't worry anymore. The reception staff are lovely - they always make an effort to accommodate you if you're fair and reasonable. They must deal with some real horrors but they always have a polite, friendly and approachable manner. I can't imagine people with dental pain are always very polite - let alone the people who don't appreciate that they're just one of thousands of patients.. the staff at whitehouse dental practice are underpaid heroes. The waiting room is sufficiently comfortable but not so comfortable as to tempt teenagers to loiter. I'm amazed any dentist puts up with us NHS patients when so many patients are ungrateful and rude.

   Never had any issues with the dentist but the reception and front of house staff are by far the rudest ever encountered. I turned up to my appointment 10 minutes early only to be kept for 40 minutes(30 minute delay) while they waited for “new” patients who turn up late. I was never Informed of delays and just kept waiting. I rang to complain and was told to send an email. A few days later they have terminated me from the surgery accusing me of using foul language which is completely false and quite unacceptable. I was in the middle of treatments for a bridge and they have just stopped due to lies because I complained about the service. Professionally very poor. DO NOT RECOMMEND

   I have had a genuine fear of the dentist since being a small child. I can honestly say Sarah, who I have seen several times now, has made me feel so reassured and at ease. I am not the easiest patient but I've even managed to have an extraction out there, rather than going to the hospital under a general anaesthetic, as I have done in previous years. I don't know the name of her dental assistant but together they are fantastic and couldn't be happier with this practice.

   Dentists at this surgery have been brilliant in my personal experience with me and my children - very patient and explain clearly. If you need to take your children i would recommend. Sadly let down by rude, ignorant reception staff who interrupt and second guess (incorrectly) before you finish asking a polite question. Completely unhelpful, everything is too much trouble and on occasion give sarcastic answers - even my daughter asked "why was that lady was so grumpy" when we approached to book a follow up appointment. If it wasn't for the fact my experience has been poor on more than one occasion I would let it pass as someone having a bad day but it would seem some people don't enjoy their job and dont want to be there.

   I found this place by sheer luck due to having nothing closer to home. I travel 45 mins to attend here and wouldnt swap for another. My dentist is fantastic and her work is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

   Don't understand the negative rating on here? I started at this dentist at the beginning of the year and they have been amazing with me! I am a nervous patient and they are always patient with me and let me go at my own pace. They explain any treatment l need. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful! I would reccomend this dentist to anyone!

   I witnessed shocking customer service from the reception staff here. Don't particularly rate the dentist I was seeing either, especially after having a tooth extracted and my mouth wasn't properly numbed. After at least 5 numbing injections and me telling them where to inject, it finally worked. Truly traumatising stuff. I've moved practice now and don't completely dread my check ups anymore.
