   I could not have been made to feel more comfortable by Adrian, Heather, Leila and Leanne. I’m quite nervous about the dentist but I was immediately put at ease. They were super calm, professional and friendly. They explained everything carefully and I felt safe and secure the entire time. Thank you all so much (and to the lovely Jacob, who put up with my waffling!). Going to the dentist is no longer a trial for me! Thank you again for such stellar service.

   I recently visited the Dental Lounge for teeth whitening trays and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.    My first time today visiting The Dental Lounge . I made my enquires about the dental services they offer and I spoke to Jacob over the phone who was very helpful and booked me for my first check up. I saw Dr. Adrian and Heather for my initial check up , they were absolutely amazing , very professional and explained clearly about the options I have. Thank you very much for your great and outstanding services, you are the best ever dental practice that I came across and I will be definitely coming back if I have anymore dental issues .    I had my first visit to The Dental Lounge for an initial check-up and to be fitted for whitening trays. The reception team was very welcoming, and I was seen promptly by Adrian and Heather. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely at ease. Adrian took the time to explain each step clearly and reassured me that my overall dental health was in good condition. They also used new technology to display a 3D scan of my teeth on the TV, which was a great touch. It allowed me to see my teeth up close and get a better understanding of my dental health. The practice has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. *Update* I returned two weeks later for my tray fitting, where I received a step-by-step guide on how to use the whitening treatment, as well as my hygienist appointment with Leila. In the past, I’ve associated hygienist appointments with lots of pain and discomfort due to some unpleasant experiences elsewhere. However, Leila completely changed that for me—she explained everything she was about to do, was incredibly gentle yet thorough, and made me feel at ease throughout. I even told her afterward how much of a pleasant experience it was! and have already recommended to my family.

   First time visiting The Dental Lounge, I saw Adrian and Heather for an initial check up and then to be fitted for whitening trays. They both immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. Adrian is probably the best dentist I’ve ever seen in terms of his explanation of everything, as a non dentist it’s easy to just go along with what you’re being told without really knowing what’s going on so I really appreciated the way he explained everything , not just about the whitening process but about all of my teeth in general. Can’t recommend Adrian and Heather enough & really excited to see the results! Thank you.

   I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Paul and the team at the Dental Lounge, they are the most professional and lovely team and they have honestly given me so much confidence and a new lease of life. I visited them to have a smile makeover which involved teeth whitening and composite bonding to create a brighter, whiter more even smile and the results speak for themselves - I get compliments almost daily about my smile!! They use the best products which resulted in my teeth going down around 5 shades after whitening. Dr Paul and team talked me through the whole process and were always on hand if I had any questions or needed reassurance. The actual bonding appointment lasted around 3 hours and was honestly a relaxing experience - a testament to the lovely surgery and how at ease the team make you feel! I was so impressed with my experience and treatment at The Dental Lounge I have no become a full time patient there and moved from my old dentist. Thankyou for everything you have done for me and all your other lovely patients ❤️

   From The moment I stepped through the door I felt at ease with Dr Ahmed along with all the other staff were all so friendly and welcoming. After my first consultation I felt very confident, with excellent communication De Ahmed kept me informed every step of the way throughout my treatment. A totally dedicated and skilful dentist who is able to inspire confidence and give balanced, informative and advice of the best procedures. My treatment was carried out with the minimum of fuss but with the maximum of efficiency, I was overwhelmed with the results, I just wish I’d done it sooner.
