Very poor customer service. Unwilling to exchange for a larger size. I have the tag and reciept and bought very recently.
I come here every single summer and Christmas. And i’m never disappointed. The people working there give you alot of help when choosing the uniform. 100/10 customers service.
Always come here to buy my daughters uniforms - Never had an issue , amazing fit and amazing quality clothing! Was served by a beautiful female employee who went out of her way to ensure my daughters were happy with their new school uniform. Deserves endless recognition!

Went in to get my brothers uniform staff were very helpful they had everything in stock I was out in 10 mins will definitely be coming back for more uniform!!!
I came yesterday evening when the lady just finished closing the shutters and locking up I wanted to exchange some trousers The lady didn’t hesitate and opened back up for me such great staff they go the extra mile for their customers .
Will not be buying uniforms from this establishment due to the naming of their clothing… very inappropriate labelling for young children’s clothing! Have let MFG know that we will not be giving our money to you and if they have a problem with incorrect uniform to address the main issue here. You may not label them but you buy from a supplier and support a company who has labelled girls clothing ‘Miss Sexiest’ and think that is appropriate. When mentioned to the staff member they just laughed and said that’s what it’s like now! Only if you continue to support suppliers who label clothing as such!
