   My son attended to have his first filling, quite a deep one, and he has a history of needle phobia. Mr Benny was professional and friendly and made my son feel at ease, played music for him and constantly checked that he was ok. The whole procedure went very smoothly. My son was absolutely fine and actually asked me what the big deal was afterwards! Such a relief!

   There's a gentle welcome when you walk through the door ensuring a calm atmosphere in the waiting room. I was collected for my appointment on time and I was meeting my dentist for the first time. Both he and his nurse put me at my ease and my appointment was caring and efficient. I got an all clear for this regular check up and I'm back for my hygienist appointment in a few weeks.    Part of a tooth chipped off and needed filling. Dentist and nurse were great in making me feel relaxed during the work and result is excellent. Reception staff are lovely too. Can't fault Smile Manchester and that's from someone who is nervous about going to the dentist!
