   I would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at DCO brooklands . I have been an anxious patient for years and always dreaded going to the dentist. However meeting Marie on reception offered so much reassurance with a warm friendly smile set the tone. And gave positive reassurance. Marie even went so far to give me a hug to settle my nerves down and accompanied me throughout the whole appointment. The rest of staff understood how much anxiety I had and eased me into the appointment and was very understanding and did not put to much pressure on me to go ahead with anything I was worried about I can not thank you all enough!!!

   I absolutely adore this dentist. The reception staff are some of the most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Been a patient for around 2 months and I had anxieties about coming to the dentist which were all put at ease after speaking to Marie. Big thanks to the girl with beautiful curly hair for always being warm and friendly too. Even the dentists themselves are understanding and lovely. Makes an unenjoyable experience something to look forward to

   I arrived only eight minutes late due to severe traffic coming from Old Trafford while managing three children, yet I was still refused service. The lack of understanding and courtesy shown was unacceptable. This is not the first time I have encountered such rude and dismissive behaviour at this location. Their attitude toward customers is consistently unprofessional, and I am extremely disappointed. I will not be returning, as the treatment I received was entirely unreasonable and disrespectful.

   Excellent service from ALL the staff yesterday for my tooth removal . Receptionist very helpful . Very Professional and reassuring Dental Surgeon Jodi and Dental Nurse explained everything fully before proceeding. Would be very happy to be referred there again for any future problems !    Disgrace of a dental practice. I went in with a slight toothache and ended up in more pain after my appointment than before. The staff in particular the partner and the dental assistant we disagreeable and bad mannered and belittled me for questioning the procedure they were proposing. I would not recommend anyone to get involved with this practice whatsoever. I will not be going back.

   I attended today for a check up and to discuss the issues i’ve been having with my wisdom teeth. The dentist was incredibly rude to me and very unprofessional. First of all, I entered the room and sat and the chair and the dentist immediately started prodding and sticking equipment into my mouth without any introduction of who he was/what he was planning to do and cut the inside of my mouth with a sharp piece of equipment. As someone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a while due to fear which I have disclosed to the practice an polite introduction and explanation of what he was proceeding to do my teeth would have been reassuring. Furthermore, I was asked for my weight for a referral he wanted to send and he immediately started to guess how many kilograms I was (I am around 80-90kg). I stated my weight in stone (which is about 14st) and his reaction was appalling he immediately said to me “no your not ! really?…” and when I answered “yes” he responded with “oh god..” shaking his head. As I am someone who struggles with an extremely bad eating disorder this made me feel horrendous about my weight. I left the dentist feel embarrassed and very upset. The dentist really should think before responding to patients and respond respectfully and appropriately. I am very unhappy with this service I received today and will not be returning. On a positive note, the lady at reception was lovely.

   Just want to say a huge thank you to the dentist who took out three of my teeth under sedation on Tuesday, my thanks to the dental nurse too. Really sorry I don’t know their names. I struggle with anxiety and was terrified of going. I had no need to be worried though because as soon as I arrived I was greeted with a calm environment and felt assured I was in the best hands. My mouth is already healing and is not sore at all. I’m so very grateful for the skill and care of the dentist and nurse. Absolutely amazing people! My teeth aren’t great (self confessed Cola Cube sweet addict) so I will no doubt be back again soon. Please pass on my thanks and appreciation. Paul

   Coming from someone who is extremely nervous about going to the dentist I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Each member of staff put me at ease and the process was explained thoroughly. I was put at ease throughout my wisdom tooth extraction and was left completely pain free. The staff are worth their weight in gold - thanks again!
