My husband has just finished his treatment with Kings. Could not fault them. A big shout out to Laura on reception. She has been exceptional in helping with appointments etc, and very kind and friendly. Also a VERY BIG shout out to the denist Bernie. She has been brilliant in seeing him through all the treatment he needed. THANK YOU
Usually have a good experience but last time was horrendous. My child is now too afraid to go back, hes autistic, brave to even go in the first place and I also never recieved a response from them anyway. *have now funnily enough recieved a reply but laced with fake apologies for how I feel as they didn't like my review very much and a lot of gas lighting that it didn't happen* Sorry if you are a patient here
Male dentist really rude ,wants to leave early every day , had an appointment came 7 mins late due to traffic . Receptionist talking to someone else and by the time i got to speak to her she said your nearly 15 mins which it was n’t when i walked in , also saying the dentist needs to go home . Ive also had my previous appointment cancelled by them due to the dentist going home . Bad service , he needs to go!
Have been with them for over 15years and my mum suffers from mental health and memory problems I even explained to them that she has issue with memory and sent email with explanation but showed no empathy they said you missed appointment and now register with another surgery absolute joke I explained my mum has to see the dentist they showed no care and not even counted missed appointment of one year they counted 4 missed appointments over all the years we've been which is a joke it's just an excuse to remove people because they want to take more private clients at the surgery.
Receptionists are rude and give attitude as if it’s your fault they have to work. Orthodontist is also very rude and rushes you not answering any questions or concerns you have. Only the dentists have given me a good experience. Will be changing dentists just because of those receptionists and how bad they are
The kindest dentist. From the receptionist’s to the dentists.. nothing is too much trouble for them. They are always so helpful and accommodating with appointments. My dentist is Dr Imam and she is so lovely and reassuring (especially considering I’m quite an anxious patient). I’ve had multiple appointments and each one has been spot on. Very grateful! ❤️
I felt so disrespected, ashamed today coming for my appointment was address with an issue of an outstanding bill unknown to me for over a year now. I have never gone for treatment without pay. I have made a payment for treatment not address for over 2years and no one wants to know how am feeling. its really not a good customer friendly place. Felt not accepted and decided not to continue with my booked appointment this morning. The receptionist only said she will treat my appointment as a failed attendance. I would rather have a bad tooth ache than be treated as an outcast. You can remove me from the list of your patients if that makes you feel better.
I registered my son months ago and made an appointment at the time. When is his appointment due I called the surgery and they said there’s no appointment been made for him. Ridiculous! I was waiting almost 3 months! Poor service. But this poor situation describes most practices in my opinion. You are on the waiting list for ever, compare to Hungarian dentists the local dental health care system is a shame. If u could I would give ZERO *.
Highly recommend this practice. Very professional efficient and helpful with such short notice to ensure pain free service. Very grateful to both Gaynor and Laura (Reception Staff)both whom were very helpful well mannered and very professional members of the team. An absolute asset to the practice Thank you John.
Brilliant dental practice , really helped out my uncle with his dental work . Gaynor and the girls went above and beyond to help my uncle Peter out . Andy halliwell is a superb dentist and his dental work was excellent . Would definitely recommend this dental practice.
