Brilliant Dentist. Getting an appointment with Bupa Dental Care could not be easier, some times within the same day. The dentist that I had was fantastic and very professional.
Amazing service from dental hygienist Maria and her lovely assistant Louise I had the Airflow stain removal, lasted about 40mins, was very impressed with the results, my mouth felt fresh and teeth were really clean Will definitely book again to keep on top of this.
I had gone in for treatment with Maria and Rachel. Both were extremely lovely, friendly and very professional, immediately making me feel at ease. They consistently checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was okay. Thank you to you both and the lovely reception staff also who have been very helpful !
I've been a patient here now for 3ish month. I've always been a very nervous patient, and avoided the dentist for years. The reception staff were very kind and compassionate, reassuring me through the sign up process. Dr Ibrahim and nurses have been amazing and I've never felt judged. I was very upset my first appointment but Dr Ibrahim made sure to take it slow explaining every step of the process, and even allowing me to see and feel the tools before using them. The nurses care was excellent, always reassuring and even giving me a stress ball to hold onto to try help my nerves. I've since had a few fillings with Dr Ibrahim, again always letting me know step by step what we're doing and what to expect. My filling today was a bit of a difficult one, but Dr Ibrahim and the lovely nurse were very reassuring, and made sure I was okay and did everything they could to ensure I wasn't in any pain or discomfort. I really appreciate all of the staff at Bupa Silverwell Street for giving me amazing care time after time, and giving me the confidence in being able to go to the dentist again. If you're a nervous patient I would highly recommend them.
Highly highly recommend! I’ve had bad past experiences unfortunately and I’ve just had a tooth out and I’m so grateful for the treatment given, I didn’t feel a thing and it wasn’t traumatic at all! I couldn’t thank these two enough… honestly thank you so much, Awaz the dentist and Casey the nurse :)

Professional from the receptionists to the amazing dentists and nurses. Had an implant to replace a single tooth which I had the pleasure of having Dr Sameh Ahmed and Jill carrying out the amazing work they both did. Dr Sameh Ahmed and Jill were professional and reassuring throughout the whole process and explained the procedure step by step. Absolute pleasure and a big thanks to you both. The one time I can say service with a smile.
Amazing service and response from the team. Receptionist that I spoke to managed to book me in on the same day for an emergency appointment and was seen by samira Mohamad who was very thorough throughout her examination. Really happy with the service.
Recently had a tooth out with Awaz and Katie and I couldn't reccomend them more. Tooth was out before I knew it and didn't feel a thing. They had all the right talk to keep me relaxed and checked throughout to make sure I was ok. If you have to go anywhere, go here.
