Order #710918 - this company sent us a broken Cot and have been telling us they will speak to the manufacturer and get the parts sent. It has now marked the 13th day of waiting for a replacement cot however they refuse to take liability and refuse to refund us as it’s with the aftercare team - bear in mind this team doesn’t ever call you back nor do they respond to emails. We are now left with a broken cot with no resolution. ‘Lily’ ‘Shereen’ I believe they read there scripts off a word document that they have put together to fob people off. Avoid this company at all times. Scammers.

Sold us a cot that does not meet the UK safety standards and does not provide safe sleeping arrangements. There is a 4cm gap between the cot and recommended mattress size (100x50). The slatted base for this cot is far too small for the width of the cot, meaning there is such a big gap. Kiddies Kingdom have refused to refund the cot although it is not safe for use. It's quite worrying what else this company is willing to sell, knowing that it does not meet the UK safety standards and I have provided photographic and video evidence of this, and they have even admitted themselves UK safety standards recommends no more than a 2cm gap. So I don't know why they will not allow us to return, but I am certainly not happy to allow my baby to sleep in an unsafe cot. Have purchased different brand elsewhere instead. Avoid at all costs, save your time and money and shop elsewhere. They have deleted my review on the actual item twice, so posting on here to warn others!

I’ve never seen another business handle things like Kiddies Kingdom. I have faced multiple issues with their service and policies which have left me feeling frustrated and ignored. Firstly, I was not allowed to return items that were just over a week old and damaged (not due to user error), despite this clearly going against the Consumer Rights Act. The customer service is abysmal, with very limited opening times for their phone lines. When you do manage to get through, they try to push you towards email communication. The email response times are shockingly slow, often taking weeks to get a reply. When they finally do respond, they completely disregard the content of your email and send out generic, copy-paste messages that do not address your concerns or the situation. This whole ordeal has resulted in a financial loss for us, and I regret not reading other reviews before making a purchase with Kiddies Kingdom. The lack of proper customer support and their disregard for the Consumer Rights Act UK are unacceptable. I have gone to Watch Dog regarding this. I fully expect to receive another generic, unhelpful response to this review, my only hope is it serves as a warning to other potential customers and more importantly new parents who will no doubt be spending the most, with the false hope of trust in this company. I’ve made my mistake and accept my losses, but please avoid Kiddies Kingdom if you value your time, money, and sanity. Please don’t be tempted by any discounted offers like we were. I have no doubt this business if it continues to operate in the way it does, will not be around much longer, and for that I am thankful.

What can I say other than do not waste your time and money on this company. Ordered a travel kit in December. Was given delivery date after delivery date. Was lied to on the phone multiple occasions saying the system is boxed in-front of them and it is leaving today you will get it next day to not arrive. The pram kit did not arrive until after my daughter was born this was around 8 weeks later. Today the frame on the stroller has just broken on the welds, this should not be happening to a product that is not even 4 month old.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Bought a Chicco hug air 4-in-1 in August (baby due start of December). My baby arrived end of November and after a short time my partner and I noticed the crib was dipping in the middle. We had grave concerns about increased risk of SIDS so stopped using the item and reported the fault, providing video evidence. After hearing nothing I contacted the company by phone who have refused a refund and made no offer of replacement. Instead they wish to contact the manufacturer and have chosen to disregard consumer protection legislation. I have a useless product - unfit for purpose, unsafe and at a cost of around £200 I expected better. I have now bought another crib for my little one. AVOID this company who will not help in the event of a faulty product. Worth paying slightly more at John Lewis or another more reputable retailer who will resolve the matter.

Avoid. Truly awful service. I cancelled after the 4th delay/estimate for delivery was missed, each time I had to chase them for answers. All I ever got was an email back saying it'll be another 5-10 working days before delivery. 2 months this went on, not once did customer services reach out to say they were going to miss their own delivery estimate. They don't respond to requests for call backs, and now their phone lines have been closed down with covid as the excuse. Shockingly bad.

AVOID. Cot bed arrived 3 days late. 3 days waiting in for it courtesy of DPD couriers. Bed was in terrible order. Box had been taped back up. Wood was cracked and bits broken. DPD failed to pick up the bed today so another wasted day. 4 in total. Really don't think customer service care. Do yourself a favour and get the products on Amazon. Arrived quickly and not broken!!

Worst Experience ever! Cant count the issues i had with them. 1) i am in Ireland - they do ship to Ireland - but on their website Irish Credit Cards will not accepted (due to their pre-set country dropdown menu, you are not able to choose "Ireland" as country and therefore your payments is getting declined 2) it took them 1 week to get back to me via email with their bank transfer details (IBAN, BIC) I also wanted to get an invoice from them with the final price, so i could transfer correct EUR amount (i placed order in £) and i tried to generate invoice on the website - but of course IT DID NOT WORK. I called Customer Service to ask for the exact amount and his answer: "well you can go on the website and put the items you ordered in the cart again and it will show you the amount of what you ordered" - EXCUSE ME????!!! 3) once i received their IBAN, BIC and i was about to transfer, my online banking tells me the IBAN is INCORRECT 4) i was able to re-create the IBAN MYSELF with an online tool and send them an email with THEIR CORRECT IBAN - what a joke!!! 5) because all this payment process took around 10 days (them not getting back to me and then transferring the money), the furniture i ordered was no longer available and they sold it to another customer!!!, telling me my order was marked as "pre-order" now, as it was not out of stock and delivery date was TO BE CONFIRMED 6) NO WORDS FOR THIS 7) i asked them to call me back 3 times - because their customer service charges a ridic amount per minute and i ran out of phone credit when i was put on hold in the waiting line!!!! (who will refund me for this???) THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK! So i had to buy phone credit. 8) i cancelled the entire order once i reached them 9) it is now another week later and the refunded money is still not on my account 10) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

They have taken money for products (Car Seat) that they claimed were in stock but actually are not in stock with no delivery date. Attitude of "like it or lump it" when speaking on the phone. We changed our order to a different colour (allegedly in stock). Given a delivery date. Wait for delivery, day comes and goes. No delivery and no call. Eventually get through to the nonchalant phone operative who says its not in stock and don't know when it will be available. It seems there is no chance of a refund from these crooks and we are now having to contact the card company to assist. Disgraceful behaviour from top to bottom from a company that should not be trading. Buyer beware, you have been warned!
