   Had a check up appointment with Murriam rennie what an inspiration it was . A lovely lady explained everything in detail to me. Very caring and reassuring. The best dentist ive seen here for a very long time.

   So, I had an appointment that I was running late for (an emergency had come up) these things happen, anyway I was on my way to the surgery and was on hold the whole time which was 20 minute drive. So I thought I’m going to leave it ringing when I go into the surgery to see if anyone was on the phone. The younger one was and she seems like the only one that answers the phone when i do call and get through to them. So I explained what had happened and I was running late I said I have been calling to just inform you that I was going to be running late but the phones don’t seem to be ringing so she looked at the phone and said yeah they are ringing so I said yeah I know I’m still on hold whilst I’m talking to you. She didn’t have much to say then told me that the dentist would decide if I could be seen or not haha. It seems like the nhs isn’t the priority and the work is slap bang and wallop. The dentists seem overworked and far too many appointments in a day to actually take time on the job and do it right. Everything is pushed towards private work which is more expensive than most of the other surgery’s in the area. I needed a root canal and was pushed and pushed into taking it privately which would have been nearly 600 which then turned out that I needed to get it removed completely. It’s just a money grab. The owner must have a aesthetics company somewhere too because I was in an appointment and one of the girls were mentioning that the owner was pushing her into injecting her face with more filler even tho she looking like she had done rounds with Mike Tyson already. I am not happy with some of the work done by some of the dentists and there doesn’t seem to be anything or anyone following up any of these complaints. I have a bag full of more issues that I could add but honestly don’t want to waste any more of my time Also seems like the constant appointments are what they do to try recoup money from the nhs which is absolutely draining the system I would like to speak to someone to get the work that I have had done sorted thanks

   I cannot say enough about the fantastic staff at Smile.The team are exceptional. Reception staff are very friendly and welcoming.Jemma Stones the dentist is a brilliant dentist.She was incredibly gentle and reassuring talking me through every step and ensuring I felt no discomfort.I cant thank her enough for her kindness and patience. Thank you for the amazing experience.I will be recommending to all my friends and family.

   Hygienist appointment. I think Shimaa has only recently joined the practice. What a great addition she is. The hygienist at my previous appointment was very good but Shimaa was excellent, the best I’ve ever had. Her assistant, sorry I’ve forgotten her name, was also excellent.

   I have been with the practice for over 40 years and the service I receive is superb. My previous Dentist decided to do private work only, so I changed to another Dentist in the practice who does NHS work and she is probably the best Dentist I have ever had. She's quite young but genuinely seems to care about the job and the treatment I have had done is excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this practice, but I don't think they are taking on new NHS patients at the moment.

   Our dentist is lovely and very good with the children. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and we pretty much always get into our appointments on time. Only reason I've given 4 stars is because it is so difficult to get an appointment!
