   As a nervous patient who also has quiet sensitive teeth, I always dread a trip to the hygienist, as it is usually quite uncomfortable or even painful in places. Yesterday was my first appointment with a new hygienist, Hannah, and it was the most comfortable and painless hygienist appointment I can remember. I explained about my sensitivity, and to help with that Hannah did as much of the cleaning by hand, rather than using the water instrument, and this was great for me, as I didn't feel any discomfort. Hannah also showed me how to use my TePe brushes properly, which I've now incorporated into my daily dental hygiene routine at home. I would definitely recommend Hannah to anyone needing a hygienist appointment - she's fab.

   I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Everyone at the practice is so friendly and welcoming . A huge thank you to Dr. Nilesh for guiding me through my invisalign treatment and answering every question along the way. His care and attention to detail made such a difference, and I absolutely love my results. I’m so grateful to the whole team.    The team at Gartside are amazing. Dr. Bhatt and the team provide high quality care and will clearly explain your options and possible outcomes. I’ve had issues with one tooth for a while and am happy with the conservative approach that’s been taken with it. When I told the hygienist Saarah that I didn’t love the ultrasonic scalers, she was really considerate and it was one of the best cleanings I’ve had. The facilities are clean and modern, all staff are friendly and knowledgable. I also like how you can contact the office via WhatsApp.

He took the time to get to know me and explained everything with kindness, compassion and lots of information that helped me feel empowered. The facilities and staff are fantastic.    I have recently finished my Invisalign treatment after 12 months and I can say for sure my dentist Romina is the most gentle and caring dentist I have ever had. She is always making sure I m comfortable, even in the chair she has given a small pillow for my neck last time and it was nice of her. She is always always professional, friendly and a true perfectionist with her work. I love my teeth now and I ll always recommend the clinic to everyone who are looking to straighten their teeth.    I am a very nervous patient and Nilesh has been so patient and kind to me and he is always quick to respond to an emergency, even replying to worried emails from me over the weekend which is above and beyond. Riley on reception is also so lovely, always on hand to answer any questions and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend!
