I am very happy with the implant carried out by Georgios, ably assisted by Jade. I would also like to thank the rest of the team members for the excellent service provided.
I had an implant 3 years ago and it came out earlier this year. I went to another dentist who tightened the screw that had also become loose , put the tooth back in that was too big and reshaped it. When the implant was originally done with Mr Gardner, it took 4 to 5 fitting appointments because the tooth wouldn't fit and finally he didn't have the right tool to screw it in as they had "changed the system" whatever that meant. Although I had paid upfront in full I was charged an additional £200.
5 Star ... Outstanding Service Mr Gardner has create PERFECT teeth for me. I had a full upper implants, he put me at ease, i'm normally a very nervous patient. The whole team at the clinic are very nice and friendly and exceptionally good at what they do. I am receiving so many compliments about my teeth. I cannot recommend DantalCarePlus enough. A couple of my friends also used this practice and have received nothing less than a 'best in class' service.
i have been a patient at Dental Care Plus in Heald Green Manchester since September 2018. Initially I was very nervous! I had not visited a dentist in many years and because of this and previous poor treatment my upper teeth were in a desperate state, I was embarrassed and wouldn't even smile because they looked so dreadful. At my first visit I met some of the team, namely George and Katie. They were wonderful! My fears and anxieties melted away with their professional, calm and kind approach. They explained fully what they could do for me and what the outcome would be. I was made aware this was not a quick fix but I would have a treatment programme tailor made to my needs and they would support me throughout. This was exactly what happened. I have had many visits to the practice, meeting other members of the team, Leah who was with me when I had the extractions, something I was dreading! Leah and George made the experience so easy for me, they were absolutely amazing. Sana who has kept me informed and up to date, making and changing appointments for me to fit in with my work schedule and Lee who created my fabulous new smile! The skills and professionalism of this team are second to none. Without their care, advice and skills I wouldn't have a smile. I cannot thank you all enough, it has been a life changing experience.
I am part way through my single tooth implant and currently the service i have received has been excellent, George and Katie are a great team together and made me feel right at ease. People have written reviews re the original cost going up and though my original quote went up I understood why and the need for it to be done, Katie fully explained the financial options available to me and allowed me time to think without any pressure. George is an excellent dentist and i have never had a quicker anesthetic done (most dentist same to take their time slower injecting), George was like a shape shooter which didn't give me time to panic about the needle going in and made the whole experience feel like an easy job, done in record time for such big job. Katie is easy to talk too with a sense of humour which also put me at ease and support throughout in making the operation a success. Thank you again guys. Will
Went in for a follow up appointment as I had conflicting arguments from a few other implantologists about what Mr. Garner had told me about my implant and wanted to discuss them with Mr. Garner. I tried to book him just for a quick chat but the lady on the reception said it would cost £125 even if I don't take any x-rays or discuss any treatment plan. She said she would pass me onto the treatment coordinator who said the same thing. I was reluctant at first but since I wanted to get to the bottom of some confusion over how my treatment should continue with the other dentist I agreed to the price. I was able to speak to him for 15 minutes and told him about the treatment plan offered to me from the other dentist and he agreed that it was the best option for me. The treatment coordinator came with me downstairs but I didn’t see her again. I went downstairs and the lady at the reception said its just £50. She then said wait is that right and I was confused as to what was going on so I explained to her that I had only paid a £25 deposit. She said wait a second let me just confirm the fee and she rang the treatment coordinator and they spoke for a minute and the additional payment was £100 after the deposit which I paid of £25. I think they need more pricing options on their website especially for people who are just requiring an opinion. Any reference to fees should not mislead the reader about the precise range of services and time commitment that it relates to. A similar service in town has cost me £50. I did mention to the lady at the desk that if the bill was only £50 extra I am happy to pay a little bit more. £125 for a follow up appointment is a bit excessive.
