I had an emergency appointment with Rafael Rodrigues Piai, which cost Β£90, to address severe pain in one of my teeth. Unfortunately, the tooth remained just as painful after the appointment. During the second visit, Rafael advised that a root canal would be the best option. I proceeded with the treatment, which cost Β£800. Two weeks later, the same tooth began hurting again. I contacted Rafael on his private number, and although he agreed to see me, he said I would need to pay for another appointment. Since I could tolerate the discomfort, I decided to wait a few months. Today, after four months, I visited another dentist, who informed me that the root canal had not been done correctly and that the area was inflamed. I was told I would need to have the root canal redone by a specialist, at an additional cost of at least Β£1,000. I feel it is unfair to pay for a service, report that the problem persisted after just two weeks, and then be told I would need to pay again for a consultation. To then learn from another professional that the treatment was not performed properlyβand that I now need to spend another Β£1,000βis extremely disappointing. This has been my experience with Monton Green Dental Practice, and I sincerely hope they take steps to improve the quality of care they provide to their patients.

I've had fantastic care and treatment at Monton Green Dental practice for a good few years. None more so than in the last 2 years through invisalign treatment where Paul and Zoya, Rafael and Nic, and Lawrence have all been outstanding. I would highly recommend for those nervous or with sensitivity. Always made to feel welcome at my appointments. Big shout out and thanks to Jo and Claire - especially brilliant. Thank you!

Had a great experience being seen by Rafael. My first visit at Monton Green Dental. He sorted out any issues I had with skill but also in a caring manner, explaining everything clearly. He seems to really focus on the health of gums and teeth. They were transparent about costs and I think the costs were reasonable for top notch dentistry. Due to sickness one of my appointments was cancelled but they managed to fit me in later in that day. I am very grateful. Receptionists and dental assistants were also very lovely and helpful. My teeth feel brand new!

(Got a second opinion) waited 2 weeks for a call back to book in this appointment but didnβt hear anything back luckily by that point Iβd already booked in elsewhere after feeling anxious and intimidated after my appointment to be told completely different, avoid

I enjoyed and recommend having teeth polished with the AirFlow. It really makes a difference, feels so clean, looks great and gums are healthy. I had suffered from some teeth sensitivity when scaling my teeth, not anymore! Lawrence did a careful job and felt alright throughout the experience. Plus having my teeth recorded by a digital Scanner iTero gives me confidence that I am well looked after.

I have been receiving my dental care from Monton Green Dental Practice for over 25 years. All the team are helpful/efficient and treatments are talked through with you in order to choose what will suit you. During Covid restrictions they continued to offer the same excellent service in difficult times. In my experience Five stars are a deserved rateing.

Maybe I am being a little oversensitive but I am very disappointed with the attitude of this practice. I had been a client of the practice for around 10 years visiting at least twice a year, but my last visit was in 2019 prior to the covid lockdowns. I have just contacted the practice to book an appointment. I was told that I would have to pay a premium price of Β£95.95. This was because I would be treated as a new customer due to the time that had passed since my last visit. I replied that that was ok. I was then told that as a new customer I would also have to pay a Β£50 deposit and that I could not have an appointment without paying the deposit. I reluctantly decided to take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: This morning, the practice rang me to advise that the terms outlined to me earlier in the week (above) had been made in error and apologised for the error. Having criticised them for my previous experience I feel it is only right to commend them for their desire to rectify the situation. Thank you.

I had braces on for over a year and with every visit the staff were professional and excellent. Very pleased with the outcome of Dr Paul Serrants work, the receptionist made my experience thousand times better with her warm welcome! Highly recommend this practice :)
