Had my first appointment at Monton Revive today with Iona after changing practice. As a nervous patient I was worried, but she put my mind at rest immediately. She performed a thorough check up and gave me advice, X-rays. Highly recommend!

My son and I were reviewed by Anthony, he is a fantastic dentist and took the time to discuss our dental cleaning regimes, offering sound advice to improve this. He conducted a thorough examination of our mouth and teeth and explained everything thoroughly. He is an absolute credit to this dental practice.

Excellent visit to see the hygienist- though taken in a little late, the first appointment after lunch..the new gentleman gave a pep talk about brushing and the use of dental sticks. Good check up prior to the cleaning. Very gentle but thorough in his scaling and polishing.

This was the single worst experience Iβve ever had at a dental practice. Visited 31.10.25 at 17:30. I arrived and was initially ignored by the two members of staff at the front desk. Once finally acknowledged, they were unfriendly and dismissive. I then sat down to wait for my appointment at which point a nurse came into the reception area. The girls at the desk proceeded to audibly argue with her which was extremely unprofessional. Once called into my appointment, it was clear staff wanted to leave for the evening - little to no welcome and one of the front desk members of staff came into and out of my appointment collecting rubbish. Having explained why I was at my appointment (an emergency due to wisdom tooth pain) the dentist (Ankush) looked in my mouth for fewer than 10 seconds stating βyou canβt open your mouth very wide so thereβs not much I can doβ despite me mentioning that this was part of the problem I was experiencing. He proceeded to prescribe antibiotics with no further guidance as to dosage or what to do if symptoms persisted etc. Finally, I went back to the front desk where I mentioned I needed to pay the remainder of my appointment cost which I was told would be Β£108. I had to remind the member of staff that I had already paid a deposit towards this. Overall this was a truly terrible experience and I will be looking for a new dental practice immediately.

Recently seen Anthony, have to say heβs the nicest dentist Iβve ever seen at this practice. Heβs always upbeat, pleasant and friendly which instantly puts me at ease, Iβm a nervous patient so thatβs so important to me. Iβm hoping Anthony sticks around, Iβve had many different dentists at this practice over the years there seems to be a fast turnover in staff. Also Leanne on reception is amazing sheβs a stand out member of staff. Thank you Anthony and Leanne for making my experience a lot less scary.

Has improved markedly over the last year or so. There are still long waits for appointments some times, but that is due to the number of patients and lack of other NHS dentists. Had appointments with the dentist and hygienist, both professional, friendly and explained what was happening.

I have been to this practice many times and have had nothing but wonderful visits, from walking in and being checked in at reception, to the nurses care and to the fantastic dentists and therapists. I am always made to feel safe and respected here. I have also recently had an emergency appointment here and was blown away by my experience, I called in the morning as the practice opened and explained my problem, the reception staff was extremely kind and listened to me, they gave me advice and booked me for the exact same day, within a few hours of my pain starting, I was leaving the practice in a much better place than I entered. The team here should be very proud of the service and care that is given here at Revive Monton and I highly recommend this practice and all the dentists and therapists within it.

I have never experienced this much pain from any dentist. After 3 extractions I was given an appointment 6 days later for impressions. The dentist said my gums looked sore after I told him about pain I had had. He then preceded to ram impression dentures into the sore areas. I nearly hit the roof. I felt like I had been hit in the face with a baseball bat. 4 days after fitting a Β£650 crown it fell out, to be told it would cost another Β£750 for root canal and a replacement. I left and went to another dentist. I am 60 years old so obviously have attended plenty of dentist in my day but none as bad as this. I might put a claim in yet

During the Covid-19 pandemic, regular check-ups were not available understandably. However, this dentist used this period as an excuse to remove me from the NHS patient list for not having a check-up. I wouldn't trust a dentist that turned the devastating economic and social disruption caused by the pandemic into a convenient way to shed some NHS patients. Disgraceful behavior!
