   Been with this dentist for around 4 years .. I’ve allways had fear of dentist and anxiety like we all do .. but honestly the staff are so friendly and polite I feel relaxed and welcomed . Mr akeel is fantastic He’s very honest in any work that needs to be done and very polite . Overall from my personal experience I think this is a fab dentist thank you to all that work there and especially mr akeel

   Mother in low waa registered here i came with her few times. My hod i couldn't believe on the first visit how extremely poor the practice is! You are a dentist you earn enough such a shame buy at least a responsible chair with a sink for the patients??? Extremely poor and old furniture and dirty practice. After second visit we registered somewhere else. The dentist self is like a tiers fixer not dentist lool

   Absolutely atrocious decline a this dental practice, blatantly trying to dissuade and shed NHS patients. Found myself on a waiting list for 18 months, 4 moths in I enquire, and am told I've missed a call from them and have to go back into the list. My call records said otherwise, but benefit of the doubt. Another 6 months pass, I enquire again, and I'm told to expect a call back. Nothing occurs. So today, another 4 months later, I phone again. This time I speak to Emily, the 'manager'. Emily is indignant, rude and arrogant, to be frank. Her only answer to anything is 'that's the way we do things here', telling me they've called twice in January (again, call records prove otherwise - so a lie) and that the only record of calls if a notepad, one paper copy only. Seems very convenient to use such a fudgable, impractical method when dealing with patients you'd rather not take on, sure so. When I told Emily that this is a ridiculous way to run a service in 2024, she became very belligerent and told me if I wanted to complain I best find another provider, and effectively barred me. Terrible attitude towards dealing with the slightest contention, especially when your job is (supposedly) peoples health. She finished the call by telling me there is no one I can complain to about her conduct (another lie), she is the sole person I can complain to -- and we see where that got us! Emily, you're ruining what has historically been a good practice, maybe you should listen to feedback and reflect.

   My daughter had a full set of composite bonding and she is the happiest she has even been after visiting a dentist. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dentist who did the procedure were all very friendly and knowledgeable and really put her at ease. Would definitely recommend 100%
