A wonderful experience at Manchester Dental Practice with Dr. Mariam. She is such a breath of fresh air, instantly makes you feel comfortable, knew exactly what I wanted following a consultation and I couldn’t be happier with my composite bonding results. Would highly recommend.
I was removed from the patient registry without any prior notice, and there was no consideration given to the impact of COVID restrictions. When I called to explain my situation and ask for guidance, the receptionist abruptly ended the call instead of offering assistance. I’d like to clarify a few things regarding my situation. At the time of my last appointments, there were still COVID-related restrictions in place, along with changes to my work schedule, which meant I had to move some of the dates. Your reception team were very understanding and accommodating about this at the time, and I appreciated their flexibility. However, I was never informed that my registration could be removed or that I needed to rebook within a certain timeframe to remain on the patient list. Had I received any such warning, I would have arranged to attend as soon as possible. What’s most disappointing is that when I recently called to explain and ask for guidance, the receptionist ended the call abruptly instead of offering any advice or support. Regardless of policy, I don’t believe that’s how patients should be treated, especially after being with the practice for several years. Amazing, my partner saw Dr Simmonds in an emergency case for severe pain and probably infection. She is kind, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. We're very grateful to her for her help - this is an excellent dental practice and the reception staff were also lovely - thank you!
I had a great experience with Dr. Ussama Butt and the team. They did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and everything was explained clearly throughout the process. During my next visit, he took a 3D scan to create custom trays for teeth whitening. I picked up the trays and whitening solution at the following appointment, and everything fit perfectly. The whole process was smooth, and I’m really happy with the way things were done. Highly recommend!
I've been a patient of Manchester Dental Practice for many years and have always had great treatment and service - thank you Dr Saleem. I don't work in town anymore so it's now a 40 mile round trip, but worth it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had a great experience with Mariam here. Very professional, knowledgeable and supportive to nervous dental patients. Brought my mum here for some dental work including dentures etc, and cannot fault the service nor the quality of care we received. Highly recommended. Great job Mariam!
I have been seen by Dr Willow Boardman as a patient for the last year and she is fantastic. She explains her rationale for every procedure, talks through options and gives excellent after care advice. Willow and her team are always really attentive and make me feel very calm during any procedure. The reception team are also very helpful with re-scheduling and booking appointments if needed.
I have been a patient of this practice for more years than i care to remember. I have always found all the staff to be friendly, reassuring and professional at all times. However, at my most recent appointment where i was receiving treatment for a broken tooth and a tooth extractionmy regular dentist Dr Asif Saleem went far and above the usual 1st class service i receive.He and his lovely assistant repaired my teeth to a much higher standard than i was expecting. FANTASTIC SERVICE. This left me leaving the Practice with a much bigger smile on my face than when i arrived. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.
